The Labtech slowly turned its head to lock at her as she was knelt down on the ground with one knee when she roll-dodged the attack. Snowy cant explain it but the Labtech seemed zombie-like in manner and appearance since his eyes look dead and haunting. She quickly reached for the pair of dice and grabbed it away as the Labtech turned its body to face her and lunged towards Snowy again. Snowy quickly threw the pair of dice on the ground as she ran away from the Labtech.

Quickly as she turned around to face it again, she aimed her finger at it again and used her Guns ring which dealt damage on the Labtech. It stopped in pace for a while at it stared down on the bullets that entered its body. Then, quickly looking up at Snowy as if nothing happened, it ran once again towards her.

Snowy dodged the attack as she rolled on the ground near to the pair of dice. She quickly picked it up and threw it not too far from her. The Labtech was now able to grab her wounded arm since she was too occupied watching the pair of dice for the results. She groaned in pain as he waved her around like a toy then threw her away from the dice. Her skin got scratched when she hit the land and her body continued to slid away gaining distance a few feet from the Labtech. She slowly got up and saw the Labtech walking towards her. She aimed her Guns ring at it to launch her assault.

The attack was unsuccessful as the Labtech easily evaded it. Snowy knew it was the result of the roll but she has nothing to do now but to get the pair of dice again and get a lucky roll.

Snowy tried to get up as fast as she can and ran straight to the Labtech. The Labtech thought she was going to attack him so he has to put up an offensive stance to counter her. Snowy, on the other hand, did not intend to attack him since she has to first roll the pair of dice. Right when she was in front of the Labtech who has its arms ready to grapple her, she let herself slid across him as she bended her body. Then as soon as she was past him, she ran towards the pair of dice and swooped them up. In a split second, she was able to throw them on the ground while hearing the approaching footsteps of the Labtech.

The Labtech grabbed her by the back of her neck and threw her back. Her body slid on the ground and was only stopped when her back hit a large stone. She looked up seeing the North Gate of Barton and the bright sunshine. She wouldve want to rest now; her body was aching already. But there's an unfinished business that must be settled. And Eli; where is he? Before she could ponder more, the Labtech ran towards her and was ready to attack. She raised up her hand and pointed a finger at the enemy. It was her Hunter's bow ring. But once again, the attack missed.

The Labtech sneered at her as if he was mocking Snowy for continuous unsuccessful attacks. It just stood there and watched in amusement how she slowly fell into frustration of how chance and luck dont go her way. Snowy looked down on the ground, her fists clenched as she trembled in anger, frustration and even pressure. She could practically hear other people around Bassken rejoicing about beating a Labtech. Of course, there'll be a reward for those who will help save Modmas. The only thing left in the dark here is who or what is the reason why this things started?

Without looking at the dice results, Snowy attacked the Labtech using her Slash ring. She ran to it out of frustration and anger as her ring shone brightly. Out of thin air, the sword materialized and she performed a slash attack. Though, the Labtech easily dodged it as it slid to the side. Still, the pair of dice decides what will happen.

Snowy growled angrily at the Labtech who just stared at her mockingly since its been a few turns but she always her assaults always fail miserably. Once again she picked up the dice and threw it a bit too far from her. Somehow, deep inside her, she prayed that this turn would be lucky. At least one step forward until she saves Eli and then enter Barton to at least rest and treat her wounds.

She charged towards the Labtech furiously now aiming her finger with the Hack ring on it. To her surprise, even if the Labtech tried to dodge it again, she was able to land it to him. The materialized blade went through his powerful arm easily. Her enemy bellowed in pain as it grasped the materialized sword before it disappeared into thin air.

Backing off immediately after the attack, Snowy picked up the dices once again as she smiled. It might be the start of her luck. Seeing things might turn her way now, even if she was wounded, she happily tossed the dice to the side and stretched her body to get ready for her next attack.

The Labtech, who was still in agony, was still focused on its wounds as it continued to bleed. It was checking its pockets for medicines from the laboratory he was from. While it was busy, Snowy took advantage of this and charged to attack without looking at the result of the roll. She aimed her Hunter's Bow at her enemy, as she was quite sure itll be successful. To her dismay, once again the attack missed as the pre-occupied Labtech was able to guess what she was going to do again.

Once again, Snowy backed off and picked up the dice which was lucky since it was only an arm length away from her. Though before she could even throw it on the ground, the Labtech tackled her with massive strength which sent her flying away from the North Gate of Barton and was only stopped when she hit a tree. She slid down on the trunk and was able to let go of the dice. Her vision was now a bit blurry and every inch of her body hurts from being bitten by a green bunny and now being mauled by someone who seems like a superhuman. Soon the Labtech was standing in front of her, looking down at her menacingly. "Ill bring you in as test subject." it said to her.

Even though Snowy was a bit surprised that he talked, she couldnt afford to lose time now. While she sat down just under that tree, she tried to hit him using her materialized sword thru her Slash ring but he easily evaded it. Looking down at the dice, she saw the results of the roll. Once again, after being able to damage him for one time, her bad luck in dice rolling returns.

The Labtech looked like it still could afford some time to play with her longer and tackle her here to there. Snowy tried to stand up again, believing this fight will be over soon and she can return to her hometown; Barton. She tried to reach out for the pair of dice she was able to throw accidentally on the ground which rolled a failure. Now. the Labtech doesnt even care if she would reach out for it unlike earlier since he believes Snowy wont able to defeat her. After picking up the dice, Snowy eagerly threw it aside even if she somehow loses hope of making it to Barton.

Seeing the result after the roll stopped, Snowy somehow saw a light of victory though the Labtech didnt noticed it. Snowy stood up like she found a new source of energy and charged at the Labtech in full speed while materializing a sword from her Slash ring. The sword went through its right arm which made it roar in anger and pain like an animal. Snowy backed off then turned to roll the pair of dice again.

After picking it up, she threw it immediately to the ground and watched it roll expecting to deal another damage to the Labtech. Before she could even see it slow down, she heard loud thundering footsteps behind her and she was pulled back by the Labtech. In an attempt to damage it, she used her Guns ring in close range.

The ring materialized a gun and was aimed directly at the Labtech's forearm. But before she could trigger it, the Labtech let her go and she fell on the ground on her back which means her attack was unsuccessful again. Somehow the Labtech was distracted when it heard people's boisterous laughter after defeating another of their member. Snowy took this to her advantage and rushed towards the dice and saw the failed result. She will not let this slow her again though.
