Watashi wa Suki na Kudamono ga ringo desu.

When you're talking about something that you like (rather than just saying you like something), you use the possessive "no" instead of the topic marker "wa."
This translates to "My favorite thing is..." or "A think I like is..."

Watashi no suki na kudamono ga ringo desu.
私の好きな果物がりんごです。

Note: In this sentence, "ga" is interchangeable with "wa." Thus, the following is also correct:

Watashi no suki na kudamono wa ringo desu.
私の好きな果物はりんごです。

Don't worry if it's a bit hard to understand at first; particles are one of the hardest parts of Japanese to get right. がんばってね！
