I think the rule was thought up in the event that a BAS reciever couldn't get a flaffle soq :3 but perhaps it wasn't thought through far enough (or was thought up on a day like i'm havin where nothing's straight in the head xD) ~shrugs~ I dunno, but it's fixed now, and everyone can have fun~! <333

It says everyone can enter, but, if you win, you have to give that pony to a friend, and state who you're giving it to in the form ^^ (correct me if I'm wrong?)
Edit: And the person you give it to cant have already been given a pony in the VDay events :3
