Orlandeau kulas88 OVER RATIONALIZING.... jeez! no one said, wearing briefs causes infertility. And for your information, look into all anatomy and physiology books, scrotum are really sagging. Enlargement is already a manifestation of a disease and not by wearing of loose garments. And regarding temperature, it only said that the cooler the environment for the scrotum the more it helps produce semen/sperm for ejaculation. It's the same point. Abnormal temperatures actually defects the scrotum's ability to produce sperm. Cool temperatures do provide areas to produce better sperms but there is no actual proof in the world today that briefs causes too much heat. Boxers may be comfortable but the brief provides the necessary support the scrotum needs. Enlargement is somehow caused by wearing loose garments since there is no proper support. You, yourself, already stated that you use briefs during physical activities which is a great manifestation that such discomfort can be felt when wearing loose garments, and this particular discomfort actually leads to serious prostate problems.
no its not the same point.. no one said abnormal temperature here and no one said heat defects the scrotum's ability to produce sperm. only cool temperature helps produce MORE sperm.
discomfort is different from disease. give me a complete pathophysiology of why wearing loose garments can lead to prostate problems.

Wearing loose garments disables the scrotum for proper support, when a man moves heavily, it moves in random speed making it hurt- discomfort is experienced. I actually do not know the real scientific behind this, but my dad who is a rad.tech and his friend who is a doctor, actually said that this certain practice can trigger enlargement to the scrotum which is an unhealthy sign. Our scrotum needs the proper support, not just comfort.
