GIVE ME A REASON TO LIVE! Name: Senja/Tristura Meaning: Dusk in Malay/Sadness in Galician
Personality: Senja has retreated so far into himself that his soul has split into two different personalities to created Tristura. Tristura is cold, trust no one and treats everyone as the bad guy and protect Senja from everyone in the world to where his heart can’t be broken further. Senja is a kind and loving lion that has a shattered heart from the tragedy of his past that hasn’t healed as he believes that it was his own fault for all that he loved died.
Name wanders around the rouge lands with no real purpose in life as he make himself suffer to try and replay those that have passed on that he couldn’t save. Tristura only appears when name is stressed out or when there are too many other lions around as he would start to hear voices on how he failed and Tristura takes over to sooth name and to make others go away.
History: Senja was a happy go lucky type of lion that had everything that he could ever dream of a lovely mate, children and friends that made up his family and an his little unofficial pride. He thought that nothing could go wrong as everything was going right until one day.
One day going out on a hunting trip with his good friend to bring back a kill big for the new cubs that had just been born to there family. As they brought back as much as they could carry, but instead of being greeted by his mate and children he was greeted by a one lion that was covered in blood as this lion had kill his mate and children as they had hunted. Before Senja could do anything this lion ran towards them and quickly killing his friends and he just stood there like a statue unable to do anything for them as he was so fearful and scared. This lion walked up to him with a huge grin as it had enjoyed the killing and Senja thought he would be next and just closed his eyes to let it happen. But the killing blow never came. All that lion left him was his dead family, red ground and some passing words. “It was your fault for not coming to there aid when they needed you the most. They all cared for you and you betrayed that trust by standing there and doing nothing.”
Future plans: For some to break through Tristura and heal Senja’s shattered heart. To help him see that what happened to his family wasn’t truly his falt and that he should blame himself for it all. As well as help him find his true self to live again, to find peace and to love again. Maybe to find someone in the Navi Pride that could break his shell and heal his soul back to being one or someone else in a different pride too. As he will become very attached to who helps him heal as well and to have a family again

GIVE ME A REASON TO LIVE! Name: Rane Meaning: Deciding Warrior
Personality: Rane is the third born of a litter of four brothers. While his strength is formidable by rogue land standards, he is considered a light weight in his birth pride that is full of powerful warriors.
He learned to tune out a lot of the teasing he received as a cub, and by the time he grew up Rane had come to terms that he simply didn't have the raw power his fellow pride members and litter mates were blessed with. Unfortunately his parents were not so accepting of their young sons complacent attitude which lead to their disowning him at adulthood and his exile from the pride.
History: In a pride where the only thing that mattered was your skill in battle, a lion and his lioness were welcoming their first litter into the world. Both were held in high regard not only due to their skill to take down opponents, but also in their warrior rich bloodlines. The news that the couple was having cubs quickly made its way throughout the pride. Almost immedately the expectations these newborns would have to meet seemed daunting, but few had doubts they would be anything less than fanastic fighters.
Within only a few weeks one in particular began to stand out from the rest of the litter- in a bad way. When they were of age to begin their training, Rane found himself struggling to keep pace. His Father tried to push him harder, chalking it up to a lack of effort on Rane's part. By the time the litter grew old enough to begin their second phase of training, both of his parents had simply began to conentrate on bettering his sibilings.
Rane's brothers became very close. They overshadowed him to the point that many forgot that the powerful couple had four sons, not three. They also were not shy about keeping their distance from him outside of training sessions, and wouldn't let him forget he was the weakest link when they were around. No matter how much training he did, his brothers always seemed to be a step ahead of him. Rane had for the most part gotten use to this being the status quo the enitrety of his childhood. When the boys finally grew their manes, however, they were presented to the leader of the pride.
This leader was a large lion who eyed them closely, asking each to demonstrate their strength against the others. The first and second born ended their match in a draw, both of them confident they had proved their worth. When it was Rane's turn to go up against his younger brother, he was quickly pinned to the ground and the match was over in a matter of moments. The leader looked over at their parents before turning back to the boys who were now lined up in front of him.
He was impressed. Lifting his paw he motioned towards the first, second, and fourth in line. "I decare you boys from this point forth, warriors of this pride." He said simply.
The three, although visibly excited, tried to keep their composure and stood quitely in place, knowing the fate of their brother was still on the line.
"In cases in which a student isn't ready to become a warrior, we usually send them back to train with their parents." The Leader spoke calmly, with a stern look on his face. "But they have declined to continue your training."
Rane continued to keep eye contact with the lion in front of him, doing everything he could to tune out the whispers coming from his brothers and on lookers. He listened intentely as the leader explained disownment by a son's parents was one of the most dishonorable acts any lion could bare in the pride.
And then he was sentenced to exile.
Without a word from anyone in his family or any of the other members of the pride, Rane lowered his head as he left behind the land he called home.
Future plans: Although Rane never felt as though he belonged in his pride, it was the only home he had ever known. As he's wandering lost in the rogue lands, unsure of where to go or what to do next he'll run into someone in desperate need of help.
Whoever this lion is they will have traveled a long way to find someone who would help them. It may be for a pride plot where he is recruited for a rebel army, or possibly a more personal plot like one of the lions' family members is in trouble. But whatever it turns out to be will require the strength of a powerful warrior.
Realizing this is his chance to start a new, he exaggerates his skills and promises to help. He is at first so excited that he's been given a fresh start, since after all this is the first time his strength won't be compared to that of his brothers. Rane figures he'll help out this lion and will be greatly rewarded for his good deed, or even possibly find a home where he will not only be welcomed into, but respected.
This is all too good to be true though as Rane is going to quickly realize he's in over his head, and that he's put himself in a situation that if his skills fail him he could be killed.
I'm sorry if I can't be -too- specific with his future plots, but while the main points are set in stone I would most likely start a plot thread . I promise he won't go to U'W. 8D;;

GIVE ME A REASON TO LIVE! Name: Aonghra Meaning:Irish for "no love".
Personality: He's a good lion, honestly. He is sweet and big-hearted and kind. He's not the smartest, maybe, but he does his best and has always strove to make those around him happy. He takes his failures very personally, and tends to mope (in private...if someone saw him be sad it might make them sad too.)
History: He took a mate young, because she seemed right, and even though he knew she wasn't the nicest female, he thought it'd hurt her not to. Sadly, he was unable to give her the many cubs she wanted. Instead, they had just one son. This upset his mate, and their love turned bitter. They fought viciously, and parted ways shortly after. For a time he and his son (who elected to join his father when they split up) lived happily together, but a tragic accident stole the son's life, just as Aon had found a new, young female, and thought his life could be good again.
Future plans: Of course I'd be looking for a female to be his new 'younger mate'. I'm not sure what I'd do just yet, because I want to leave it up to IC things. I'd be totally for him running into his old mate and having to explain to her that their son's dead...that'd probably lead to her beating him up and blaming him. I can see him withering away and dying, or possibly bouncing back after a while and having a happy life. I actually don't wanna plan too much, I think it'd be fun for once just to let things go where they will.

GIVE ME A REASON TO LIVE! Name: Accalon Meaning: Celtic boys name believed to be from the Welsh achlod meaning 'shame'.
Personality: Bitter and resentful not only over the fact that he is stuck in a pride that is self-isolated due to a sickness, but he also feels as if his parents betrayed him by leaving him there. Being sick himself he has no hope of ever escaping, though he certainly plans to try (and fail and consequently run afoul of the pride's guards). A sad and apathetic lion he feels as if he is being punished for his parents sins.
History: His mother was a rogue, she fell pregnant to a young lion who soon vanished into the night after the deed was done, presumably to set up his own territory, being of the age where young males looked to start their own prides. The female was also young and very naive, having just recently left her own family unit to start out on her own. Failing to gain any true skill as a huntress, the pregnancy was very hard on her. She made it as far as the Kitwana'Antara's pride boarders but there she collapsed and gave birth. All the cubs bar one died during the night, along with the mother.
One of the pride's guards found the single living cub on his early morning round and took him to the pride's healer right away. From that day onwards the cub was raised and nurtured by the strange, isolated pride as one of their own.
For the first few months he refused to accept any name the nannies tried to give him, either ignoring them or outright refusing to be called by them. As soon as he had recovered enough to start moving round the pride, he chose his own name, something that held a meaning to him alone. 'Accalon'
Future plans: He contracted the disease that plagues the pride, he will constantly feel bitter about being stuck in the sick pride and will seek to find those that feel the same way as he does and hold group 'pity parties'.

GIVE ME A REASON TO LIVE! Name: Piripi Meaning: Friend of horses
Personality: Piripi is calm and a slow thinking. He'll take the time to compile a response before making it, but it will be worthwhile to listen to. Puzzles and challenges that stretch his mind are his favorite. In his mind he is A-Solver-Of-Problems. Solving someone else’s problem is fine by him; however he seems perpetually blind-sided when it comes to his own. He tends to ignore they are there.
History: He was an inquisitive cub and drove his rogue mother to distraction. Luckily he was an only child; giving his mother only one unruly cub to deal with was enough. By his adolescence he had left his mother’s side for adventure in the great wide world. Chance would come that he happened across a lioness crying by a stream. He stopped. Piripi asked what was wrong and if he could help. He foolishly thought he could help solve her problem, or at least give her a sympathetic ear.
It turned out, the lioness was being married off. She had the choice one a lion she didn’t like, or a lion she didn’t more. She asked how could she ever be happy. In the days that followed, Piripi tried to hash out a plan with her. In the end he couldn’t do it; nor did he see that she had fallen for him. Unable to accept her love and problems as his own Piripi left. He broke her heart that day.
Future plans: He will run into and join the Mnyama’nafsi(skin walker pride). There he will find his true love, but there will be problems. Not sure yet what kind. Maybe he’s already engaged to another? Or perhaps he can’t just admit they’d be right together. Will have to plot that out with other owners. Other option is she reminds him of the first lioness who’s heart he broke. Yes I like that one.
