Character Background/Personality: A hard, cold-tempered lion he is a force to be reckoned with. A veteran of many battles, his body bares evidence of a life lived hard. Always stern and completely devoted to his pride he will fight when ever and where ever he is needed. Spending most of his time moving around the pride's territory he will attack any member of the rival pride without hesitation or warning and will even take on a small band of the opposing pride with the same grim fierceness. Never having known anything other than a warrior's existence there is no humor in him and he fully expects to die at the claws of his enemy.

His father, Amir sim Jabbar, was a very skilled and respected Muharip in the pride who died in the last great battle for the Baj-jer. His father and his mother were both of the typical colour, a mix of browns from dark to sandy. Baqir's own siblings were also of the same tones, suited to their hot desert home and bringing pride to their parents. Only Baqir was different, a throwback to several generations gone, a rare black cub who was instantly less-favored by his parents and teased by his siblings both younger and older. Not surprisingly this instilled in Baqir a simmering resentment of those that judged him and from a very young age he showed a sharp and heated temper to match his coat colour. Swiftly he had more rivals than friends but it never seemed to bother him and as he grew nothing happened to change his views, becoming a silent and brooding lion who possessed a fearsome reputation for violence in battle. Always a loner he has never been caught smiling, but in the middle of a bloodbath is where he almost feels a sense of peace and fulfillment.

Character Background/Personality: As with the rest of the pride, this female is tough both inside and out, with a lifetime's experience in warfare. No longer a young female but not yet old, she is at the height of her skill and prowess. Yet this hard life has changed her, left its mark on more than just her fur. The constant fighting has left her wary of strangers, her attitude gruff and no-nonsense both on and off the battle field. She pushes herself hard and expects the same from everyone else in the pride, it is not favoritism, just simply their way of life. She is looking for a mate not for the romance of love, but for the long term companionship. She knows she will not always be as fit and as able as she is and fully expects her injuries to eventually catch up with her. When that happens, she hopes to have a male with which to share her retirement, someone she can trust and who has had the same kind of life she has... someone who would understand her. She also wants to raise a family, the next generation of warriors. But for the time being, she is too busy fighting to find the male who will be her match.

Character Gender: Male (newest alt rogue lines)

Character Background/Personality: Quiet and typically withdrawn, he is a lion who rarely speaks, keeping his comments on life and his pride members to himself more often than not. But don't mistake his taciturn nature for being slow or dim in any way. Not one to plot against others he is content to follow the orders given by his Bey without question, though is liable to want confirmation from a male if it was his Hatun who spoke. Loyal to a fault he is the perfect foot soldier.

Old age and blindness have started to slow him down, though he is still deadly in the field. Outside of active battle he spends his time training up any youngsters who wish to benefit from his years of experience.
Appearance: Completely CC. Would like one eye (his visible one) to be blinded with scarring, Scarring on both front legs/shoulders/face but none on his hindquarters/tail. - as if he never turns away from an enemy.

Character Background/Personality: Unlike his father, Alhasan is a well mannered guy. Cheerful compared to many in the pride, he fights to protect his family but doesn't really enjoy violence. A decent fighter he prefers to leave his opponents alive if they will let him. Always believing in the good in others he tries and gives everyone a 'second chance', and will only kill if there is no other option left open to him.

Character Background/Personality: Savas is a mean, gruff lion of very few words. He used to be a brave and honoured fighter in his youth, until the unfortunate incident that caused him to lose all feeling in his back right leg. It now drags behind him, useless, and is a great burden but he will never let on that it bothers him. He claims he was injured in a fierce battle, when in actuality he slipped and fell off a jagged rock edge- a fall which killed his opponant but merely left him crippled. He is a no-nonsense healer and is not above bullying his patients out of their sickbeds. He concocts rancid herbal brews, being of the opinion that they will force ill lions out of their infirmity. He yearns to be back out fighting, but could not bear the dishonour of losing a battle because of his useless leg. He is all about honour and glory and is fiercely devoted to his clan and Bey.

Character Background/Personality: Sol is a young lioness, born and raised in the pride, so she knew from a young age what her role in life would be. From cubhood she trained her body to be lean and quick, and still performs daily excercise in order to keep her form fighting fit. As she has only recently started her career as a muharip she is inexperienced in the ways of battle and prefers to hang back while more competant lions take charge. Despite this she has been recognised for her stealth and speed; she is often given the task of scouting surrounding areas and reporting back. She has a keen eye and a patient, obeidient nature which aids her greatly in her role amongst the tribe and endears her to her elders and betters. She excels at training and it is clear she will one day make an excellent warrior- with the right tutelage.

Character Background/Personality: Born into the Burukuteshti, Cennet was discovered as a Juvi by a Qryhyeshti group after strayed a little too far. Taking pity on the defenseless girl, she was taken in under the rank of Borclu, and learned many of life's lessons that changed her into the adult she is today.

Cennet has always been described as snarky, sarcastic, and often times, flirtacious. When an oppurtunity presents itself, she's one of the first to latch on, and fight for her people. To this day, she belives that she owes great debt to the Qryhyeshti and though her personality may be unsavory at times, she would never go so far as to risk anything that she has fought for.
Appearance: Mostly CC. Tail color should be different than body, with a backstripe that attaches in that same color. New rogue or alternative lines.

Character Background/Personality: Ölü is a fierce warrior whose bloodthirsty nature makes him a virtual tank on the battle field. Until the sweet taste of victory is upon his tongue, he will forsake even his own health for the birth of success. However, even though he is the first to strike, Ölü is no fool. He has seen what becomes of the 'failures', and knows he is destined for better things.

Over the years, his personality has become ever more severe with the out casting of his beloved mate. He will not speak her name, nor her crime, and if asked, he will not hesitate to tear off the face of anyone who dares pester him. Since the 'incident', Ölü can seen sleeping with his left paw stretched as far from his body as possible. The scars left on his paw and upper foreleg are from none other than his mate, and if it wouldn't harm his chances in battle, he would gladly see the entire limb gone.

Character Personality:
Falak loves the land more than anything else, including her departed mate and offsprings. She would stop at nothing to insure that the land was returned to its rightful owner the Qyrhyeshti.
Falak has always had a bitter grudge toward the Burkuteshti. When she was just a cub her father was killed in one of the many fights. She has never let that go. The death of her mate and Bey struck her even more. For days she would just hide away from the rest of the pride, not wanting anyone to see her in her time of weakness. After her moment of mourning she returned to the pride, ready to avenge her mate.
Around others Falak can be seen as aloof. She is always serious and hardly ever cracks a smile. She is extremely blunt, if asked her opinion and speaks her mind freely.

Character Background/Personality: Johara was raised by her uncle who was once a Buyuk before he passed away from old age. When she was a cub he would tell her all sorts of war stories and how grand it was. She had no idea how violent and heart wrenching it would end up being though. Her first battle that she was apart of she went with her best friend. He ended up getting killed in front of her. Despite this Johara is sweet and caring. She worries all the time about the pride and its members. When a member dies she is one of the first to have her eyes water. But she is not a weakling, nor is she afraid to attack a Qyrhyeshti without hesitation. She is loyal to her pride and would die defending it.

Character Background/Personality: When Kadar isn't fighting he is goofing around. He believes that because of the hatred between the two prides that there is a lot of stress around the pride. To relieve himself and others of this stress he play around. He loves to pull, non-hurtful pranks and jokes on others. When times are serious in the pride he stops his childish behavior and becomes a mature adult. He is pretty easy going unless someone he cares about is threatened, than he becomes serious.

Character Personality: [ Hard to throw together backstory alone, obviously some of this would change around after talking things out with other owners~ Pretty much these are just the ideas that popped into my head with his personality! ]

As the only son born to Shan sim Hucum, Kotu has known from birth what was to be expected of him, and been more than happy to prepare accordingly. Even very young, he was a vicious cub, playing roughly with his sisters to toughen them up, and treating other unrelated playmates even more harshly. As he got older, old enough to truly fight, he was more than happy to unleash himself on the members of the Burkuteshti, gaining honor and making a name for himself past simply being the only son of the Bey.

Kotu is, and always has been, particularly detached from those around him. Towards his father, he felt respect mixed with a good bit of anger, cast in the other's shadow as he was. His siblings were little more to him than sparing partners. Truly, his mother was the only one to know any form of love from him as she was the only one he treated with so much as an ounce of care... That is, until he met Adala. Daughter of his savior, as beautiful as she was powerful, a rare thing among them.

He fought her, as he did his sisters. She had to be stronger than them. She had to be the strongest. But he was there to lick her wounds after, as well. She knew the care only his mother could catch glimpses of. The day he took her as his mate was as exciting to him as his first battle.

The day he became king, however, while something he desired, was bitter-sweet a best. He hated his father. But he did respect him. And, in some way, he did care for him. His death was a hard one to bear. Only Adala was witness to any amount of grief, or guilt, however. Before the pride he stepped up with a strong paw, and harsh words. He was leader now. Those he did not like it would be cast out. Those who remained.. Would fight fight beside him to completely eradicate the Burkuteshti, and force the remains off of their land.

As a leader, he is firm and harsh with his people. He refuses to coddle anyone with kind words or platitudes. The slightest offense within the pride can bring about his wrath. And mistakes on the battlefield are not tolerated in the least. Even those who succeed with their rash actions in battle, while never punished, would do well to steer clear of him until he has forgotten their actions. He holds none as a friend, and very few as equals.

Character Name: Peri (bint Kahramanlık 'Spirit/Valor' when she becomes a full member after her debt is payed)

Character Background/Personality:
Vaguely, Peri could once remember calling the Pridelands her home. But that was a time when she was but a very small cub. She remembered leaving that land with her family. She remembered fire, smoke. And then, she was alone. Since that time she has traveled many lands in search of any other members of her own family, or a new place she could call home. She's termed herself a 'Traveling warrior' of sorts, as, no matter where she goes, she is determined to use the strength she posses to fight for the sake of others, striking down 'evil' to save 'good'.

She considered the Namib Desert not much different than any other land, if horribly barren as she made her way through it. She could scent the territories, but did her best to avoid them until the need for water arose. Her mindset that nobody would be bothered by her taking a quick drink from the stream wasn't quite accurate as she quickly found herself outnumbered by members of the Burkuteshti. Her sense of valor and strength would not allow her to flee, even against such odds. She fought back. And lost quite spectacularly.

Rather than killing her outright, they drug her out into the desert once she was incapacitated, leaving her for the vultures outside their territory. A horrible, humiliating death for a warrior, she was enraged by such treatment, but her wounds hardly allowed for retaliation. She wasn't quite sure when the Qyrhyeshti found her. Things blurred together badly, but they did find her. And they saved her, nursed her back to health. They need not have even mentioned the life debt, she would have given her life to them freely without being asked. Someone to fight for, the chance to strike down those who shamed her... She would prove herself to be a worthy member.

Character Background/Personality: Layla was an only cub, doted upon by her mother. She was the daughter of a rogue-breeding that unfortunately only resulted in Layla herself, but her mother saw no reason to put blame on anyone, rather she saw Layla as a gift from the night in which she was born, as she matched the dark colorings of her absent father so much more than the pale tans of her mother. If she grew up a little spoiled, it did not change her devotion to her pride. She dreamt of nothing more than serving her purpose in bringing the Qyrhyeshti to the glory it deserved.

She married young, still an adolescent when she fell in love with and married her mate, and though he was older than her (already into his full mane), she doubted that there was anyone in the pride more meant for one another than they were.
It was one of the reasons she was so devastated when she lost one of her cubs in birthing and his sister soon after. Tragedy struck twice in her family as her mate's dear brother lost his mate in birthing their three cubs. Still stung by the loss of her cubs, she eagerly welcomed the three boy-cubs to her for nursing, glad to help fill the void left by her friend and sister.

Though she and her beloved continued to try to have more cubs, they continued to be unsuccessful in producing a new litter. She tried to fill the emptiness inside her by doting as her mother had upon her nephews. She was with her mate, his brother, and her nephews when they were attacked on a hunt.
She was blinded in one eye, but the pain was nothing compared to losing two more of her "cubs". Even though he's an adult now, she continues to dote on Sahin and of his relatives she might be slightly overprotective of him.
Appearance: Newest Female Lines; Dark coloring; black/gray, maybe a dark blue or a tannish color as an accent (Father was a rogue, her colors come mostly from him), markings are up to you; Right eye - Light blue, Left eye - Grayish-white with several scars going through it (Going at a diagonal from her eyebrow to partially on her muzzle would be neat)

Character Background/Personality: Kazan talks very little about his past, and what he personally means to him. A cub whom was born in his father's absence, his mother gave birth to him and only him, and she was left to solely raise him since he father never returned. He was told the lion left for battle, and never returned, but part of him feels as if that story is nothing but a lie to cover up whatever wounds and disappointment the male may have left behind for the family.

Growing up, he bottled up a lot of anger and resentment towards his unknown father, and had always wished to one day meet the man who ditched not only his family, but the pride altogether, that is if his mother's stories were nothing but a fairy tale like he always felt. Had he died in battle, or had he just used the chaos of a battle to runway, Kazan will never know until the truth reveals itself.

Using his anger as fuel to push himself hard, to work harder, to fight harder, the young male holds a lot of pride and dedication towards his pride and would do anything to protect it, and even more so, those he holds close. However, his bottled anger did not come without some problems.

As fiery as his red coat, and as broken as his markings, Kazan holds a bomb of a temper, and a mouth that usually acts before his brain has time to tell him to think before his acts. Yes, his red hot temper, bouts of sarcasm, and fast acting mouth does get him in trouble most of the time, but he never regrets what may come of it. As he likes to think, the truth only makes one stronger, and if the truth really brings someone down enough to stop them, then they are not yet strong enough.

Character Background/Personality: Her name had come from her gentle nature as a cub, but no one would forsee the quiet, shy cub she started out as turning into a lioness having a demonic rage when she was pushed to her limit.
On a normal basis, she is like a drill sergeant, pushing others to their utmost limits and not caring what they would think of her for it.
When times of battle come about, it's a like a switch is turned on and she's ready to sink her teeth into her enemy, her actions becoming more demanding than ever.
Some believe that the loss of her mate in the recent battle has made her insane, to be even MORE of a disaster zone and she's even threatened her own pride when they show signs of weakness.
Appearance: Take things from this? Like, the color and markings [you can do multicolor leopard or tiger instead of hearts, CC], make the wings into wing markings [solid white with maybe a heart or two near the 'bend', ignore the rainbow tips] and the hair/tailtuft can be the haircolor and streaked purple/yellow. Neon green eyes.
