What Ninja Village is the strongest?

Konohagakure (Villiage Hidden in the Leaves). It has the largest ninja population.
If you mean technique-wise, likely Sunagakure (Villiage Hidden in the Sand).
Though Konoha has more of a variety than any other villiage.

I would say Konoha...although some of the villages you mentioned no longer exist...there are only five main ones remaining as of Kabuto's explanation in the Chuunin exams

If we're going by combined strength, then Konoha. They have ninjas oozing out everywhere. But if they're being judged by the strength of individual ninja, then Sunagakure. Baki said it himself: Because of the lack of jobs, Sunagakure focused on individuals, rather than numbers. Also, the only squad that makes it to the third exam as a group is that of the Suna Siblings. That's gotta count for something.

Sound would have to be what I choose. C: Most of the techniques that are used by the sound nin are unknown and powerful. Konoha lacks intelligence gathering abilities...in my opinion. -prepares to be attacked- D: Sometimes its the weird unconventional ones that win out in the end.

Exactly, five MAIN ones. There are many minor ones you know! I would have to say Konoha is the best though.
