"But if you're immune, how can I ever catch you and give you cooties?" the Bard ask logically as she continued to chase him around, sometimes getting close, never moving close enough to actually put a paw on him.
This was actually as much fun as she recalled it being when she was a cub! The lioness' eyes sparkled as she played with Utapala. This was something that both she and the pride could certainly use more of!

Stupid logic! "Just go with it!" He said, laughing and grinning. He hadn't had this much fun before! Even playing with his siblings wasn't this much fun! It felt really good to just play without it being some sort of competition. Not that he and his twin competed a lot, but hey, they did sometimes.
Giggling again, the cub continued to play with the Bard. He would be so worn out when he got home! But he hoped he could keep laughing. There wasn't much of it in their pride anymore.
