See, I wouldn't mind if we finish off .hack// with a US Release for LINK and a fix for Fragment. Why for Fragment? Technology got better. We have faster access on our Playstations for Online and Offline games. Everyone else has a online/offline game, Final Fantasy has 2, How can we forget Diablo and WOW(? not sure if there are offline gameplay in which you can level up your characters and then play with them again online). I mean, the technology is here. Why not take advantage of creating a game that is a game and not a game about a game? neutral

I second that, but only if they also translate Fragment and let those that don't understand Japanese play it too.
(Pretty sure WoW doesn't allow offline play. Not positive, but pretty sure as that would be kind of wrong)
Of course it'll be translated! gonk

If I knew about Fragment in 2005, I would have said that about it then.
As much as I wish it would be, at this rate I don't think Link is going to be translated either. gonk

This is exactly what I want. I think it would be amazing to have Fragment on the PS3. I'm sure that they've considered it before, but are worried perhaps that it will not make enough money? And since apparently .Hack isn't popular enough in the US it'd likely only be sold, again, in Japan. So they probably wouldn't even bother with it. Oh but it would be so flipping awesome if they did ;n;

I think I read somewhere that it wasn't going to be translated. Which, if it is true, really stinks. There was this FB thing where a bunch of people sent in fanmail to them hoping that it would show them that there are enough fans in the US that would buy it if it was translated. But I don't think it worked.

How would this patch work though? would it only be available on our computers or can you save the game as a file to play on a PSP? I never owned a PSP before but I know with the DS you can buy a flash cart with roms saved on it, people usually play fan made pokemon games on it

To be honest with you, I don't know. I own a PSP, but I've own it for a year now and I honestly am brand new to it. xp Hell, I needed help downloading the Final Fantasy Type-0 demo... sweatdrop

PSP uses a camera-type flash drive, but only plays certain file types. As long as you make it that file type, it should play.

You also have to save it in a certain folder on the flash drive.
