Entry for Edited Lioness Lioness' Name: Vigdis Meaning: Nordic for ‘Battle Maiden/Battle Goddess’ Your Name: ropin and riden Brief History: She was born to two rogues, both of which had no connection to the Gods nor did they believe they actually existed. At some point in her life, she was educated by a knowledgeable individual and upon excitingly bringing this news to her parents was shunned when they refused to acknowledge her new found obsession. Believing her parents to be heathens and heretics, she set off on a journey to learn more about religion as a whole. Because of her experience with her parents, she’s become fiercely protective of her faith, always ready to defend it with fang and claw if necessary. Brief Personality: She’s something of a war priest, believing heavily in the duty of a pride to uphold their beliefs while meeting challenges with open claws and bared teeth. She’ll gladly bless a warrior before a great battle, assuring them of their righteousness over their opponents and doing her best to up morale. Without fail, this lioness is a whole-hearted believer in the importance of faith’s presence in war, and thirsts for the glory of battle’s victory. She also feels obligated to do the God’s work by spreading their ideals, and is not afraid to come to blows if her devotion is ever questioned. In fact, that’s probably the worst way to insult her. Brief Description of Plot Idea with Characters Involved: I’d love to bring her over to the Stormborn (Myrsky Syntynyt pride) as a priestess. She’ll likely come across the pride while encountering Don on a pillage, and start off by being captured as his thrall. However, once near their borders she’ll struggle to regain freedom by challenging the Reavers, and thus entering the pride as a free lion under her own free will. Beyond that, she’ll climb her way up to priestess by apprenticing under a more experienced lioness, instilling her devote, if not brutal nature into their teachings. It will be her goal to bring glory to the Viking Reavers, and will revel in their victory.

Free Raffle Ticket, Please!Entry for Vutha Your Name: ~Kiana_Nala~ Prompt Response: Vutha walked quietly around his home, one cub stuck to his side looking for what he assumed something to play with. He wasn't exactly pleased to be watching this cub or any others his mother had brought to him to watch, but he found it hard to actually say no to her. With a sigh he allowed himself to return to earlier in the day when he was first instructed to watch this little heathen. His mother had told him that she would only be gone a short while as she was needed else where and that he was to stay with these cubs. Vutha snapped himself back to reality when the small cub began to rub lovingly against his front leg. Oh god how he hated babysitting. Luckily, he had devised a plan to pawn one of the little hellions off on another lion in the pride. Who was it again? Ah. What did it matter? His mother would find out who it was and bring the cub back to it's home. Well, probably. That lion probably passed the cub onto someone else, because Vutha wasn't taking no for a answer. However, Vutha was not dim-witted enough to get rid of both cubs as that would probably anger his mother more then he felt like doing at the moment. That was then when his mother and sister appeared. Great. Not only was he missing a cub but now his sister was here to join in on why he wasn't doing what he was supposed to be doing. His mother Kaanga was of course a bit upset at the fact that her son was down a cub and wasted no time asking him where it was. Vutha waited until she had finished talking before he decided to reply. "I left it with...." Vutha said thinking a bit harder then he should have. "Well he was male, and he's always been all blarg." He said motioning that the male he was talking about annoyed him, which didn't really help her in finding the cub since Vutha didn't care for really anyone in the pride. His mother sighed before she spoke once more, saying that she would find it. Thankfully she was smart enough to know to take the other cub with her, lest she wanted it to be pawned off on someone else too or worse. Well, Vutha wouldn't let anything under his watch die, but they certainly wouldn't be promised to be in the same condition they were left in. His sister stayed behind and simply stared at him. Vutha stared right back, not moving an inch. "Why can't you do one simple task?" She asked him. Vutha shrugged lightly. It's not that he couldn't do these tasks, it's just he had no reason to do them. He still couldn't find his nitch in the pride, and he was positive that leaving wouldn't really help. Besides, if he was being honest with himself he wouldn't be able to stay gone long. He loved his family in his own odd way that no one else seemed to understand.
