I luv'em both, but I think Sasuke is stronger: he had the possibility of killing Naruto whereas Neji lost to him...

Neji is physically stronger and has the advantage of the Byakugan, but just because the Sharingan can't copy it doesn't mean it's not good.
What makes Neji have more potential is that he's nearly mastered his Byakugan, where Sasuke is struggling with the Sharingan.
Neji is faster, stronger, and smarter in a lot of ways.
Sasuke has far better ninjutsu.
It really depends on what you mean by, "strong."
We all know Naruto or Shikamaru would pull a magic technique out of their a** to spontaneously win.
Is that considered, "strong" to you? xD

The thing about Sasuke being the only survivor of the mass-killing of his clan has blown his abilities wayyy out of proportion. rolleyes

Hobo44 I don't know... It's a tough decision, to say the least, but I'm going to have to go with Neji... Byakugan > Sharingan yea me too....

Neji > Sasuke. Here's why.
1. Even though Sasuke has the Sharingan, it makes no difference if he cannot copy Neji's moves. In Neji's case, just seeing them isn't enough.
2. Sasuke might be fast, so that means Neji's close combat techniques might be pointless. But Neji has Hakke Kūshō. Judging by this picture, it covers a huge area. 
3. Sasuke's attacks, when pitted against Neji's Hakkeshō Kaiten, would all be rendered utterly useless.
4. Neji has already proven himself to be above all of Lee's moves, so Sasuke's copied one's would do him no good. Sasuke's fire style techniques, as well as Chidori, require chakra. If Neji seals off Sasuke's chakra paths, then he is left with nothing.
5. Now, what about the whole "Naruto beat Neji, Sasuke beat Naruto" bit? Easy. Different people fight differently against others. For example: Shikamaru got the upper hand on Temari during their battle, and he probably could have found some way to finish her off had he not been so lazy. But when Shikamaru was getting his a** handed to him by Tayuya, Temari defeats her in three effortless swishes. Bottom line: Comparing battles doesn't work.
6. Kakashi says it himself. "I doubt our Sasuke could defeat him." What Kakashi says goes.
Also, Sasuke just plain sucks.

I think that Neji is... I mean later on..sasuke seems to become weak..because hes so power hungry...and his only goal is to defeat his brother.. I mean I do not think he is very strong... I perfer Neji heart
