Well in my opinion here are some things you need to work on still:
1. Your Shikai ability- it says it puts people to sleep. How does it do that? and for how long? how long does it take the effect to kick in? That kind of ability could also be considered an auto-hit, depending on how it puts people to sleep.
2. I don't think you can be resistant to all seals, you would have to be strong than a Captain to do that.
3. Your Bio, Early Soul Society- try to expand more on that.

How would you like to be the 4th Seat of Squad 4, bud? It definitely needs more members, and you could modify your zanpakuto to suit the functions of the squad. Or, just do what you want (to a certain extent, of course) and you'd learn the ways of healing and alternative medicine. ^_^
