Garnet loves Conway, but she is too bull headed to ever admit it to him, or even to herself. But she would never let him to be with anyone. Trying to hide the jealously by from him by always saying they are just partners but him being with someone would cause too many problems with their job. Garnet works on Team Aqua trying to get rare pokekats and other unique faekats to then sell for as battle pets or to train and use to fight Team Magma members. But she is not that good at her job. She has more brains then her partner, Conway, and a lot more ambition, but no real skills. She has been able to get
Lugia as a "pet" but only because Lugia likes Conway so stays with them to keep Conway safe from Garnet's crazy schemes. Garnet also likes to say she "caught" Lugia's mate
Masquerain.
