Fen snorted. "You can try to fix it, but that piece of scrap metal has been threatening to die every day for years," she laughed. Sitting on the stool behind the counter, she rested her face in her palms. "Hm.. What's it like to train with a weapon... and fight with it n' stuff?" Fen asked, squinting at something nonexistent. "I've only ever used earthbending to make things, so I don't know much about fighting or nothin'."

Cody heard her snort but after she spoke, he left the shop taking the vase to his saddlecar before come back with a small tool box and parts. He gently took the radio and to the side, he worked on the counter, opening the back of it as he began to check each of the parts, "Hmm..." He said looking over to see what the problem was. He gently looked at her but thought about it, "Its interesting... I like it to a point, a blade can be used for defense as much as it can be used for offense... and yet I wish not to harm a single person..." he said as he continued to work on the radio, he took some parts out and replaced many of them but then soon, after about 20 minutes, he soon closed it and turned it on, music playing on a station that hadn't worked for years and it worked almost perfectly for its age, "There we go." He said knowing a bit about mechanisms.

She stared at him blankly as the sound of someone playing a wind instrument filled the shop. "YOU POSSESS MAGICAL POWERS!" she said in shock. "Thank you so much!" Fen cheered.

Cody heard what she said when she cheered but he gently smiled and lightly laughed, putting his tools away, "No... I wish but your radio had a bad receiver, a cheap one that broke down probably a month after you go this... I replaced it and a few other cheap broken parts so here you go." He said kindly to her, "One of the radio's tubes were broken as well." He said showing her the broken bulb. He then gently bowed to her, "It was my pleasure, I hope to see you again soon Fen." He said kindly to her as he began to walk out of the shop.

She smiled, not really understanding what he was saying. "Thanks again," Fen said. Someone started screaming for her upstairs. Daiku woke up, she thought, ignoring her brother. "Have a nice day," she said uneasily with a small wave.

Cody looked at her but smiled, hearing her brother screaming but he gently smiled as he waved back, "You have a nice day as well." He said kindly but then soon left the shop, heading to the Upper city, dropping off the vase to his mother who found it very beautiful. He then left and headed to the park just to relax.

Fen frowned when she heard thunderous footsteps coming down the steep starewell, hearing Daiku fall on the last couple of steps. When he demanded money, she refused to give him some, knowing he was going to gamble it away at some bar. Furious, he spat at her and stormed out of the shop, slamming the door behind him. Alone once more, Fen turned up the radio and tried to write a receipt for the previous transaction.

Katsuro sighed a bit and ran his fingers through his hair as he walked into the pottery shop. The man looked at the pottery lining the walks with curiosity, not noticing the girl behind the counter. He had been wanting to cook something for Yume when she got home because he realized how lonely she had gotten here and he wanted to make it up to her, but as he went to get the ingredients ready he realized that mostly all the plates and half of the bowels in his house were broken. His sister had used them for target practice, or just dropped them and threw them away without telling him. Either way he needed new ones. Plus maybe an animal figurine for her, she liked animals.

Fen looked up from her scrawl, feeling frustrated. Out of habit, she immediately smiled after hearing the chime of the bell at the door. "Welcome," she said. "Is there anything I can help you find today?"

Katsuro's eyes flickered away from the pottery then over to the girl that he now just realized was behind the counter. The male offers her a gentle smile before nodding. "Yes actually, I was wondering if you had any small bowels and a few plates..Also if you had any animal figurines as well." He asks as he looked at her.

Hopping off of her stool, Fen led the man to a corner of the store. "All plates and bowls are here," Fen explained with a gesture to the items. "There are also some figurines on that shelf over there, sir," she pointed. "If there's anything else you need, just ask."

Katsuro silently followed after the girl as she led him to where then plates and bowls were found. "Okay." He says with a small nod before looking over at the figurines on the shelf. Nodding again Katsuro gave her a small smile. "Okay. Will do and thanks." He says to her.

Fen went back to her desk, pulling out a pen and a piece of paper to occupy herself. She doodled on it and munched on some nuts which she had prepared earlier in a bowl.

Katsuro watched the girl for a moment before he looked over at the bowels and plates the male grabbed five plates then looked at the bowels, trying to decide if he wanted all the same size, or different sizes. He then settled on two different sizes and grabbed two of each. The male then walked to the counter where the little figurines were and looked at them, wondering which one Yume would like the most.
