Also, is the {{OOC/Character profiles}} forum for characters for any roleplay, or may we have two threads in one forum, one for the actual roleplay and the other for the OOC?

I generally consider each roleplay-starter their own roleplay's god/goddess, so you can do whatever you like with the rules, as long as their reasonable. I personally don't mind, either. It's just for organisation's sake.
