1 - The alignment will be good. All regular Fae are good. The only exception is if you custom them as an ebil race, such as Dark Angelics, Demons, Unholys, Cosplays etc. This goes for any race. Ex: Jackals are normally Ebil, but if you commission an Angelic on Jackal lines its alignment will be good.

2 - Yes, but only after a year has passed since they were introduced. They would be 100k for unedited once the allotted time has passed.

I have a question. For the one month cool down between cosplays- is it a month from when the last was taken on, from when it was finished, or from when it was certed and dropped?

Generally we ask that if you are coloring Faekat lines that you only do it for practice and not post it anywhere on the Gaia site. As for using it as a reference it is a touchy grey area and I would probably say its best to just leave it out of any reference to be safe. If you give the colorist good direction on how you want your Faekat to look like I am pretty sure they would be able to get it fairly correct as most colorists ask that if you want something really specific that you give really specific instructions/ideas when ordering as custom.

You can approach available colorists and see if they would like to donate Fae to your game. But generally they are randomly colored unedited Faekats. Any edits, if added, are generally up to the colorist.

I'm pretty sure you can as long as the gold is going to other shop patrons in the contest.

Gods are bribe only. You can get them either through RL commissions on the offsite or you will need to wait until a colorist decides to open up a bribe slot. Colorists will announce in thread when they have a bribe slot open.

With OC's and Cosplays, if we want them on a ebil race do they have to be ebil or can we get them as neutrals and also i was wondering if i could get some more info about Faerie's and Dark Faerie's (can a faerie be neutral?)

No. As with cosplays and other elites you can get ebil characters on good race lines and vice versa. Neutral as well.

What information there is on Faeries and Dark Faeries is whats listed by their race description in the shop thread. Faeries are good and Dark Faeries are ebil. There is no in between.



Yes you can approach colorists but its not necessarily guaranteed they will have the time or gumption.

It depends on if you wish to pay by gold or through RL means. All RL transactions must be done on the offsite per Gaia rules. If by gold then you PM Meeki here. Generally only Meeki can do new races unless a colorist is give special permission to create new lines.

1. i saw something about almost all races having both genders now on the first page of this thread, how does that work exactly? does that mean there is new lineart in the works for previously gender-specific species or that, for example, if you wanted to get a female faesquirrel custom the male lineart would be edited to look like a female?

- As far as I know we are doing this on a case by case basis currently. If you wanted a Female FaeSquirrel we would just edit the male lineart.

2. i have a faefox on old lineart and i wanted to have him redone but keep his wings, if that's possible would i pay a faerie fee, a light / moderate edits fee, or do something else?

- If you wanted wings I would say probably go with making him a Faerie. Since the wings are not a normal part of FaeFox anatomy anymore. Light/moderate edits are usually just accessories, clothing or minor hair edits.

3. the "you can only have one pending custom open at a time", does this apply to redos & elder upgrades as well or is it strictly customs? what i mean is, would it be possible to have a custom and a redo / upgrade both pending (not necessarily from the same colorist) or is it just one pending slot no matter what it's for?

- Yes as redos are generally done through custom slots now.

5. what's the process for getting a cosplay custom, iirc you pm meeki / sylent for permission and are then allowed to post in a colorist's shop about it-- is that still the case or is there any new / changed information regarding that?

- No, its the same. PM Meeki/Sy, get yes or not, post form in customs thread. Cosplays have a 1 month custom cool down. So from the day your cosplay is taken you cannot try for another cosplay until a month has passed.

6. does most rping take place on the main island / offsite now? i went through the other island subforums and they were all pretty dead.

- Most roleplay generally takes place here in the guild. It is up to the owners to create their roleplays. If a place seems dead its because no one is roleplaying there.

7. and finally, where can i get a link to the offsite place? i see it mentioned everywhere in the guild and thread but i have't seen a link anywhere.

if lines can be edited to the opposite gender does this mean that you could theoretically get a cosplay of one gender on an other-gender only race or no?

also, if we need a cert updated that has a colorist who's inactive, is there a specific certist we need to bring that to or could they be posted in any certist's thread?

I have a few questions

For the Maenad race they can now be customed? I was told yes but I would like your verification please.

Cosplays I know are one month cool down from the date of taken on does this apply to offsite as well? Meaning if I got a Cosplay on Gaia say today I can not get one on offsite til the 4th of October?

Is there a specific time frame for breaking mates/flings? If the person is inactive or has not been in Faekats for awhile but still active on Gaia?

For offsite prices I see for staff but is there somewhere for Meeki's?
