I think hiring someone to do that is a little unnecessary; especially when there's already a ton of staffers who could do it.
But as it is, it's been made clear that staff meetings just.. aren't common enough for this to be effective. So perhaps I'll re-open this for discussion when things are a little more settled and organised. c:
