There's a few reasons behind that.
1. he was in a lot of pain.
2. he was out of chraka and would have had to like, choke Naruto to death or something.
3. Naruto made the double point by scratching Sasuke's head plate.
pt-1. He could actually touch it, to contradict what Sasuke said and prove that he could have killed him if he wanted.
pt-2. This one wasn't actually meant by Naruto but a point to Sasuke, that the cut across the headplate sybolized him becoming like Itachi (Atasku headplates have cuts across them, get it?)

id hate to have the old gaara mad at me, but in the new books, sasuke scares me more than gaara. Gaara has become caring, Sasuke is concerned only about power.

Sakura...I dunno why,but she scares me. She's not very strong,when compared to everyone else,but there's something about her that scares the crap outa me. eek
I would just end up hugging Gaara.(He'd probably kill me but,eh. *shrug* He needs a hug. sad ) Sasuke and Naruto are too much like my brothers...so I don't find either of them very scary. sweatdrop
