"So," she asked, now that they were both in the groove.

"You're aaaaaa...rat, monster?" she hazarded (and missed).

His large eyes turned bright yellow as he glared up at her. "Rat MONSTER?? RAT Monster??!!! RAT MONSTER??!!!" Not only did she insult him by calling him a monster, but a rat at that. A RAT!

"I'M." He breathed deep, claws sharp at his side and tail flicking behind him in aggravation. "A" He could feel his blood race hot as he lifted his claws up and formed a ball of fire. " FIRE IMP!" To which he threw the ball at her big, stupid, face!

"Woah-ho-ho," Sorrow was hit chest-on by the ball of fire, and knocked back into the ground. She patted down her chest, before standing and readying her fist again.

"I'd just never met one of those before. Lighten up." She chuckled.

It was not a good joke.

"Do I LOOK like a rat? Do I look like a monster?" He grabbed his tail and wagged. "Look at my tail! It's a DEMON's tail. And these." He pointed to his horns. "No dumb monster has horns like these. This is a sign of generations of high-class imps. And these..." He turned before remembering his coat was covering his wings.

"Well....there are wings there too just... Well you get the point!" He turned around, huffing. He was not amused, and threw a little flame at her again while his blood was still hot. A bit of smoke was eeking out of his ears as well.

"Well, like, I guess so..."

She returned the favor with another punch.

"You should...cool down..." she whispered.

This was not a very good joke either.

"No! I am a FIRE imp. I don't cool down. And what are you anyways? Some gray...thing! What are you, a rock monster? Head full of pebbles? Dumb as clay?" He didn't care about this ghoul anymore. She was dumb if she mistook him for a rat monster.

She wasn't even stacked.

"Gargoyle," she replied. "Most of us have clans, mine's sort of...there's just me, so."

She lowered her voice, aiming another jab at his arm.

"I haven't actually done this before," she confided.

"I do this all the time." He lied, and tried to scratch her with his claw.

"Hm, wow, do you have any tips, like, breathing-" She closed her eyes, inhaling through her nose and breathing out through her mouth dramatically, before making another attempt.

TG started at her a moment. Breathing? "Yeah, breathing. All of that...that you're doing. Yeah. That's how." He took a deep breath himself, and then clawed out, impressed with the results.

Hey, look at that. Breathing wasn't a stupid idea. This broad knew something.
