Chinedu walked quietly through the tunnels, her morning walk was always so relaxing as most of the pride hadn't even woken yet. She was pleased with how the last month had gone. The den mothers saw her as a leader and that suited her just fine. She stopped walking and stretched with a loud yawn. When she straightened up she saw Bedeinka standing in front of her. Chinedu nodded towards her, showing her submission to a higher ranking member. "Good morning Bedeinka. Isn't today a fine day?" she asked kindly, hoping to avoid the awkward silence that always followed a meeting with Bedeinka. The lioness snorted annoyed and took a step towards her "Please Bedeinka. I know how you feel about me. For some reason you think I'm going to try and usurp the throne. Sure, I tend to be the leader of the females but I have no desire to have that much power or stress thrust upon me. I respect our King. He has been so kind to me. I'm honestly quite tired of you constantly trying to turn the other females against me. I've been here long enough and I haven't tried anything! Please stop bothering me!" Chinedu huffed, pleased to have that long rant off her chest. She bowed again, however this time not as low, and walked around the lioness with purpose. She walked on, swishing her hips as she did, feeling accomplished and very pleased with herself. This had been a long time coming. She just hoped that she did not have to pay for that later. Bedeinka was the King's aunt after all. Oh well, I'll deal with that when or if it happens she thought to herself as she continued her pleasant morning walk.

Personality: Azubuike is stately, he carries himself proudly. He is kind but not overly talkative as he's not used to 'small talk'. He is determined and always finishes what he set out to do.
Relationship: Azubuike has no relationship to Ijara.
Back Story:
Azubuike was born in the rogue lands to his mother, who died when he was teenaged. He had to fend for himself as well as his brothers and sisters. When they had all grown up and found prides of their own Azubuike went out to try and find the right pride for him. He heard of the pride that lived in the tunnels, by one of the missionaries, and has made his way to find them. The missionary that met with Azubuike unfortunately was old and died on the way to the pride's land. Without a guide he has wandered for many days searching for the hidden entrance the missionary spoke of. He comes to join the pride, if allowed, and tell their brotherhood of the passed missionary. He has no cubs of his own but is interested in spreading his genes. The missionary spoke of flings with females as well as all species being accepted and he really liked the sounds of equality.
He can't stand all the pride members talking about him behind his back. He has refuted time and time again the connection between Ijara and himself. He also hates being in the spotlight and with everyone talking about him like this it was hard to stay out of it. Sure, being new in the pride has a lot of focus but everyone is adding to it and he can't stand it. Why don't they believe him?!
