Name: Rabim (Hebrew; many) Personality: The first thing Rabim remembers his father saying to him is that, for such a small cub, he had a very ugly mind; the older leopard had laughed and seemed proud of the statement. Thus Rabim has never been ashamed of the shrewd and cunning with which he lives his life. He isn't evil, or anything nearly that drastic: many of his best-laid plans, once upon a time, were devoted to the protection of his family. He is just adept at seeing the larger picture, and knowing how to position himself in it to achieve the desired effect.
That being said, his loyalty would be a hard sell to anyone besides the family he serves, as Rabim almost always has a snarl on the bridge of his nose, a frown, or an otherwise serious expression. This is more self-loathing than anything else. It has been a long time since Rabim last saw any trace of his family. He was forced to flee from their location in order to lead a pack of dogs away from his vulnerable mother and sister, but in doing so lost his way back to them himself. It was during this period, lost and weak, that he was found and captured by the Koti Kaikille. He is furious at himself for leaving them unprotected and worries constantly for their safety, though after years among the hybrids he has begun to think that they must surely have died by now without his protection. Slave Rank: Family
Future Plot(s): I imagine he would be given to a family as a slave after it became known what he had done for his own. Which would not be a bad move, as he's wise enough to understand that escape will not come lightly and, at the moment, the family he's serving are all he has.
He may take a shine to or charm one of the breeding slaves and produce hybrid cubs. Though these would likely be taken from him to be raised properly, I feel he would attempt to see them in order to teach them some of the lessons of his youth -- about cunning, ambition, wisdom and strategy -- essentially guiding them from the sidelines and using their status to take out some of his smoldering resentment toward the pride.

Male Sibling's Name: Cameron (if too English then Mungo) Female Sibling's Name: Kenina
Male's personality: Being a bit of a roamer, Cameron isn’t one to really stay in one place. He is very much the over-protective big brother. Anyone who approaches Kenina falls under his watchful and disapproving gaze. His only surviving sister is precious and dear to him. Cameron would do anything to protect her. They stick together no matter what. He despises and blames hybrids for what he believes they did to his family. Cameron has tried to shield her from the truth of what happened. Female's personality: Kenina is a family girl. For her family is everything. That why she follows her brother everywhere. He is all she has. She is very shy when it comes to meeting others for the first time, but she is sure to warm up quickly. She is a very nice and loving sweetheart if you really get to know her. Her one big flaw is that she trusts the goodness of others until proven without a doubt of their evilness. This often leads the pair into trouble that her brother then has to save her from.
How did they get captured? Bit of back history: Cameron was babysitting his younger sister near the den. Their older sisters and parents were prepping for the marriage ceremony for his second oldest sister. His sister and her to-be-mate were to be wed at high noon on the cliffs. The newly wed pair would then throw an offering over the cliffs for good luck. In the middle of the ceremony, a group of rambunctious hybrids showed up. The commotion caused the family to startle. Several members ran toward the weak edge of the cliff. It crumbled though they managed to barely grab a hold yelling for help.
The rest of the family ran to help. It was more than the fragile cliffs could bear. The ground gave way in a shower of rocks. Only a couple of the family managed to grab a hold this time. When the hybrids ran up to help it was too late. The family was gone. He saw this from the mouth of the den where he’d hidden his sister. The young male believed the hybrids drove them off to their deaths.
Present Day: All they have left of their family is each other. The siblings made a pact to always stay together. Cameron is highly suspicious of others, particularly males. He likes to travel, but he doesn’t always like meeting others. Kenina is always so eager to meet anyone they encounter. Rushing head long until her brother has to come save her.
Their latest encounter had them face to face with a small group of male leopards. Kenina walked right up until she was surrounded. Unfortunately these leopards were not the friendly kind. It was a fierce battle, but in the end Cameron prevailed. The male was badly wounded in his fight and infection quickly set in. Kenina had no idea what to do to help. At first she thought some rest and they’d be on their way. When he started showing signs of delirium she began to panic. Running outside she called and called frantically for help.
Several hybrids from the Koti heard and came to help. When he saw the hybrids, Cameron tried to fight them off. He was no match for them in his state. The hybrids tended to his wounds as best they could there, and brought the pair back to the pride for further help; considering it was their dues for helping the pair that they become new slaves.

How did they get captured?See above for post color. This was done in RP format. Backstory:
The day had begun like any other, Jurian, a brown brother to a small group of cubs, was beginning to stir. His pelt, all fluffy and new began to rub against others as he moved and pushed and even shoved his way free on the tangled mess that was his siblings. It was until he found his choice litter-mate that he settled down and relaxed a moment longer. "Cäsarea are you awake?" The youngster asked in hushed tones. He pushed a paw into the tired face of his sister and repeated his question thrice more times.
At that point, like the skies had opened up and decided to rain cubs, he felt his Dad move. "Dad!" He proclaimed, not realizing that his annoying nagging was perhaps the cause of this parents alarming pace in waking up. No matter, he was excited, and lucky for his sister had found other distractions for the time being as he scampered over to their Father. It was soon after that their Mother stirred and Jurian simply was beside himself with excitement to completely greet the new day.
Cäsa yawned and stretched limber limbs outwards as she dreamed of getting a nice bath from her mother. But in her dream her mother was asking her if she was awake, and it sounded like her brothers voice. She wanted to go back to that moment in her dream but suddenly she felt pressure and her eyes flashed open to see Jurian no more than a few breaths away from her. "I am now." She said with a yawn as she watched him take off with a loud 'dad' probably waking the rest of thier siblings. She removed herself from the warm pile of bodies and shook herself.
He was always the early riser. She blinked a few times and stretched long and hard once more before padding over to her brother and biting at his tail. 'Lets go do something." She said as she grabbed at his back end like you would a zebra on a hunt. She nommed on his rump and then darted off out of the cave.
He felt the nibbling before it was too late, he had actually woken his sister up and she was in the same spirits as he was. He turned around from his parents in time to see her dash away from their den into the bright open world. Jurian was not one to allow others to enjoy something before him and so he followed as quick as his chubby legs could allow. Soon he was free of the dark, damp caverns they called home and he paused hsi chase briefly enough to feel the warmth of a sunny day on his brown pelt. It was then that a rather large yawn forced his jaws wide and he stretched in a full pounce look-alike mode.
"Does something smell weird out here Casa?" He asked this without fear of the answer. There were alot of new smells, some things they never would have imagined! Their minds were young and growing, something that would never stop Jurian had hoped. "I wonder if Ma and Pa have smelled the likes of this?" His small mind could not comprehend it, and chose not to. After the last words escaped his mouth he had already moved closer to his sister and took position.
Without a single word he pounced, lunging his full mass at his sister, terrifying growls and all. Or atleast whatever 'terrifying' growls he could muster up at his young age.
She knew he was going to be huffing and puffing at her for beating him outside on such a nice day and she giggled furiously as she darted into the warmth of the sun, momentarily blinding herself, causing her to stumble slightly. As she stumbled she caught the scent of something unknown, it was like momma and papa but at the same time it wasn't. Something foreign. She didn't like it. She didn't like things that didn't smell like home, like her family. Or like the food she normally ate "I smell it Juri.. I don't like it." She said in return, however her thoughts on the matter disspeared as she was pounced on.
"hey!" She said as he growled menacingly at her and she rolled to get him to the side so she could hook her legs underneath him to toss him. Not that she could get him to go very far. She grabbed at him with her front paws and gnawed on his scruff and then wiggled her way out from his grasp and darted off towards a bushy area to hide in them. He would never get here there! Her hiding spot was perfect, however, the smell seemed stronger here and she had no idea why.
He mocked her hey, but quietly as he was muffled by her fur and paws, all of which was going everywhere. Than it suddenly stopped, she had won and gotten away from him though 'away' didn't seem to be a good thing. Jurian had crouched and begun sneaking towards the bush she had found, that was when the smell creeped to his nose and almost down the back of his throat. Nearly gagging he met up with Casa and stared at her. "What is that smell?" He whispered, fear had caved his mind rather quickly. The smell was a nauseating mix of feline and dinner. The fresh smell of a kill was what had thrown Jurian a little, only a little though. Had his parents been up before them? Had they already prepared a meal? What if they had simply stumbled upon a surprise feast for breakfast?
Before he could stop himself he pushed through the main portion of the sturdy bush and popped his little fluffed up head to the otherside. The sight he caught was unsettling, even for him. There was a small group of large felines, perhaps four? That was the highest he could count, darn paws not having anymore toes, he stared for a moment. The worst of the scene was what laid before them. That prey, the scent of blood and perhaps disease came from a disturbing source. A lion lay, sightless eyes gazing with a fixed look of terror on Jurian. He stared back. His fur began to grow on hackle she barely knew he had and fear latched onto the back of his mind. It seemed to whisper to him, go Jurian get away. "Casa." He spoke with a steady voice, all joy and fun was eliminated. "I think we need to leave, quickly and quietly." It seemed, though they were very young, that he had aged suddenly.
It was with those last few strings of words that the beasts, whom had previously been absorbed in devouring the insides of the horrified lion, turned and stared straight into Jurians eyes, perhaps even his soul. These were the monsters that horror stories were made up of. "Now!" He said in a shout whisper, and before he really knew what he was doing he began moving away as quickly as he could, not leaving Casa's side, but certainly urging her away.
As much as she tried to stay still she couldn't help that the smell of whatever it was simply overpowered her senses. Maybe hiding in the bushes wasn't a good idea. She was in a poistion in which she couldn't see the horrors that lay behind her. There was still hope that the young female wouldn't have to witness the gore of the lifeless lion that was being devoured by the group of mixed felines. She was about to leave when her brother finally found her and she gave a confused look to his question. "I don't know. I don't like it though.... It smells..... wrong." She said softly, pressing against her brother for comfort.
She watched as he pushed through the bushes and she couldnt help but follow him a moment later when it took him longer than a few seconds to come back. Her voice was barely audible "Juri... wh-" Her voice was lost as she saw the sight before her. Intestines spilled upon the ground as hungry mouths dug into the dead body of a lion. If she had eaten she probably would have thrown up. She was frozen in fear, her eyes wide and she couldn't hear the sound of her brother as he said they needed to leave. It was as if she was stone. What was this. lions weren't food. What were those things eating it. They looked familiar but at the same time they didn't. There was SO MUCH BLOOD.
Which normally wasn't horrible becasue meals were messy, but this was a lion. One of their own kind. In an instant she snapped back to reality as deadly glowing eyes locked in on her and her brother and in that moment her fur stood up and she let out a hiss of fright and challenge to keep away and with her brothers shout she felt her legs moving and she rushed into the brushes towards the security of home. "MOMMA!" Her her voice was loud and she was scared, what if those things were right behind them. There was no way they could outrun them. "No Casa, no!" He called out, in a panicked whisper, pain filled his body as he watched his sister peer through the bushes and exposing her mind to something as awful as that. He seemed to be able to adjust his mind to be able to continue through the motions of getting the heck out of there, but he had failed, he had tried so hard to convince her to move on, to not make a fuss, but him and her were simply two peas in a pod. Once he mentally convinced himself that he had to get her out of there they were already moving. It took some time, but once she responded to moving, away she went. He stayed near her rump, wanting her to reach safety whether he made it or, self-sacrafice was unsual in most youngsters, but in the face of such horrors he knew what he had to do.
Soon as they were near their home again he could hear the cries, his parents sounded like they were looking for them, but the calling out sounded wrong and scared. It was unusual to hear fear from their parents. They had always lived such a peaceful life, there was never any yelling, crying, or much bickering. He had never seen his parents distraught or unnerved. This time was different though, how he had wished he could have seen this coming or he would have gone ahead of his sister.
The pair broke into the clearing out front of their home and all the young cub could see was red. The cries and voices calling out seemed to have silenced in the moment and Jurian felt weak and quiet. Before the brother and sister was a crime scene where the criminals were still in motion. Straight in front of them lay their siblings, all curled up as if sleeping, but drenched in copeous amounts of their own life-fluid. They appeared to be drained and battered, perhaps many bones broken in their little bodies. Than as he pulled his eyes from the litter-mates he saw what was left of his father. Two bodies were bent over the muddled body of the once proud Father, blood was still pouring and warm from the lifeless mound. Those who had bent over the body were devouring the insides as well. Intestines were strewn across the dusty roguelands floor, painting a perfect picture of innocence being washed from the minds of the two watching.
While the two were eatting their meal Jurian stole a glance for thier Mother, he hadn't pegged how his sister would react, but felt sure she would become a stone lioness once more. He had to figure out his action plan and quickly if he wanted to ensure their survival. "Mom!" He yelled, feeling less fear and more hard-headed, he needed to find her and get away. While his eyes were looking every which way he found her, she was craddling one last cub between her paws, pelt a display of the disgusting scene next to her and tears crawling down her nose to meat the nearly life-less bundle that squirmed. It was one of their little sisters and when Jurian met the eyes of his Mother he nearly paused to weep, but knew he couldn't. "Casa, don't ask any questions." He said, already on the move and urging her to follow. Their Mother had yelled at them, "Run and do NOT turn around Jurian and Casa, DO NOT COME BACK." The tears were continuing pour from those big beautiful eyes that Jurian would never see again, but he had never disobeyed and he would continue to never disobey.
"We need to run Casa, we need to run now." He stated this, he didn't wait for a response, he nipped at her, just in case she needed it. Just in case she had any thoughts of running back to their parents. He hadn't noticed yet, but their paws were drenched of their families blood. He probably wouldn't notice until they found safety
As she ran she could feel her brother close behind her following her footsteps. She wanted her mother, she wanted the warm caress of her tongue on her face and to snuggle in close to her comforting form. For whatever reason it seemed like an eternity for her to reach the sight of their home. Why had time so suddenly decided to move as slow as it did, she wasn't sure. Perhaps it was for the better, or for the worst. Who knew that her brother waking her up early could have spared them from the fate she was about to see. But was she really spared at all? "Momma! I ju-" There was nothing that could prepare her for what she was about to see. Nothing in the world could have spared her heart from breaking at the images she was now forced to endure.
Her front legs gave out and she fell, her face scraping against the ground as she felt a cry escape her mouth. She laid there, frozen in horror. Her brothers and sisters were torn apart, hardly recognizable tears started to overwhelm her and she couldn't breath. She couldn't move. Her mouth hung open with a look of pain and aguish permanently placed upon her delicate features. She didn't want to see the form of her father, lifeless eyes staring blankly ahead as he was being torn into. She didn't want to see her mother holding her dying baby sister. She wanted to run to her mother, she wanted to be held and told it was just a bad dream and that she would wake up soon. She wanted the nightmare to end.
Somehow she had managed to find her feet as her brother was nudging her, pushing her to move away. "B---bu--but..." She couldn't form the words she wanted to say. His teeth spured her to moved and she bolted. Tears streaming down her face as the last images she saw where her mother yelling for them to run, tears streaming down her beautiful bloodied face. She felt cold and she couldn't understand why she felt wet until she realized she hadn't just had her legs give out but she had slipped in her families blood and was covered in it. She couldn't stop though, and she wouldn't stop. She had to wake up and she wouldn't stop until she woke up.
Entry Response:
A rather large lion was laying beneath an incredibly beautiful tree along side his sister in the middle of what appeared to be the outskirts of a swamp. Both of them had been over joyed to find such shelter from the sun that they ran to it, playing a good old game of chase from their younger days and fought for the most comfortable place against an extended root that stuck above ground. In the end Casa had won her place and Jurian found himself nestled against her. It had been the way they slept since day one, the way they had been, the way it had always been since the before time. Before things had turned from dreams to nighmares.
As the large males mind turned from the positive to a slight negative it began to remember. Memories of the evening of their families passing began to turn into living shells reenacting the event. Jurian wanted to cry out, wanted to change the outcome of the events... Than he awoke, his chest was heaving and his eyes were gazing around at a crazy speed. He was looking, watching for those eyes. The eyes that were now burned into his memory. When he realized they were alone and safe he went back to breathing, back to the excerises the pair of them had practiced to calm down and simply relax.
Before he could settle himself to sleep he gazed at Casa, seeing some discouraging movement from her, but he waited. He had waken her in the past and it had ended pourly, leaving his one eye with an unruly scar from top to bottom. He was lucky he wasn't blind.
They had their good days and their bad and today had been a good day for her and her brother. It was almost like old times he had woken before her early in the morning and had nuzzled her awake and the two had finally wandered to a rather appealing peice of shaded area beneath a very lovely tree. It had been a race in the end for the most comfy spot of root and with a quick maneuver she had successfully snagged the best spot. But he could use her as a pillow so it was really a win win in this. She liked the security of having something solid behind her and had she not won she would have pestered and begged until he had given it up to her. And he would have, he loved her too much.
However, peaceful dreams turned into nightmares and she found herself yelling out her mothers name and awoke with a startled expression and tears on the brink of escaping. She looked around and saw only her brother and she couldn't help but sob into his chest as she leaned for him. "I tried to run to mom this time. I tried to help..." She couldn't help but feel the weight of that living nightmare on her heart. Her brother knew she didn't mean it, but she was vicsious towards strangers, she didn't trust easily and she could get violent without warning. She didn't like to be that way but it happened sometimes. Her brother was a testement to that. He had awoken her once a while back and she had caught him in the face with her claws. She had been so ashamed she didn't eat for days.
She started to feel better but she couldn't get rid of that scent. That scent that lingered in her mind from that day. Why wasn't it going away, it always stopped once she woke up. Why was today any different.
He was glad he stayed awake, glad he had been prepared for her this time. It took a while to get used to waking up with the nightmares, there were days they couldn't see eachother for how much they had gone through, but they always end up together, always be together. He would never let her out of his sight. "I know Casa." He cooed softly, lifting a heavy paw behind her head to allow for the utmost comfort while she poured her heart out to him, she moved her head and thus he moved his paw with her. She began speaking and it broke his heart to see her this way. "Mom was protecting us. You do not have to save her, she is watching over us and with us every paw step we take." He spoke with utter confidence and poise and kept his eyes square on her face. She was his reason to live and reason to associate with anything beyond his own thoughts.
Once she had done her minimal rant he pulled her in close, muffling her cries and began rubbing a paw on her head trying to comfort something that could only be rode out. "It will be alright dear sister, the sun still shines for us and there is food and water plenty. We have a lot to be thankful for, that day is behind us now." He said softly to her. He felt tears in his eyes and a lump in his throat though, he could feel how he felt that day creeping up on him and it took everything to banish it once more.
"Once you feel a little better, why don't we explore?" That always seemed to cheer them up. Besides all that had occured they seemed to always enjoy adventuring and seeing new things. The swamps they had slept right outside of was going to be their new playground.
She had finally relaxed and calmed down, her sobs just mere sniffles. Her brother was doing the best that he could to comfort her and she was thankful for him. She had no idea what she would have done had she been the only one to survive. She didn't want to think of it, she didn't want to dwell on thoughts of what had been or could have been. She felt her spirits lift as he mentioned exploring. They always had a good time doing that. There was plenty to see and do around their newly found area. Especially with that swamp! There were all sorts of interesting things to be found in there.
She stood up and she looked at her brother and tried to give him the best smile that she could and she had to agree everything he said was right. "What do you think happened to her?" It was more or a retorical question than anything. It was always a thought she had. Her mother had been covered in so much blood but she had been alive. Did they save her for last? She stopped her thoughts, she didn't want to know. "I think exploring would help. These swamplands are rather neat." She said trying to focus on what lay ahead of them. She needed to stop dwelling on the past so much.
She walked towards a section where the land clearly faded from solid into swamp and she pressed one of her paws into the murky water to see how deep it went, as her leg sank she smelled that smell again. Maybe it was the swamp? She lifted her leg and only smelled mire and grass. What was going on with her mind.
He hugged her tight as he began to feel her relax, if her life had not been in his paws that night he was sure he would not have survived either. Jurani was thankful for that and because of all they had been through they shared a unique bond, something that could never been torn apart. As she had begun to stand, so did. After stretching and yawning greatly he stared at her. His sister had opened that gentle mouth of hers to reflect on a part of the past he had never opened up to her. The part that still to this day held his heart in his throat and his mind in a constant state of uneasiness. As a young lion Jurani had wondered the same thing, it was only once he had Casa in a safe place, very well hidden from the monster of the night and asleep that he had crept away. He only left her a little while, clambering, leaving a trail to find her again, but he needed to know. He needed to go back and find out, was their Mother alive.
The answer was no. He remembered approaching the scene with extreme caution, there were no lively scents anymore, and no more dangerous ones either. It was there that he had found the torn body of his parents, his Mother had climbed her way to her mates side and had clearly died holding his face near. Their cubs were scattered and strewn among the rubble of bones, stripped clean of any 'edible meat'.
The brown lion forced himself back to reality, and to smile into the face of his sister. He would keep that from her, keep her hoping and happy. There was no way he'd be able to tell her now and face the wrath of having gone back that day to know. He would not allow her to succumb to the guilt he treached through each day. "Well, how about that exploring?" He offered happily, expressing an outward appearance of joy and excitement. He was truly excited. The swamps were a completely new area, a fresh start persay. How could he not be excited.
"These swamps are something else huh?" She hadnt really experienced swamps before and the fact that her brother didn't seem to be alarmed by anything right now made her believe that what she was smelling was all in her head. Little had they known that the whole time they had been "safe" they were being stalked. Hunted slowly over the months as it took for them to grow. Why kill something so small and have hardly anything to eat when you could watch it grow and then kill it once it was larger? That was what was happening with Juri and Casa. They were being "raised to slaughter" so to speak without them ever realizing it. She honestly thought maybe she was still half asleep so that was why she could smell that horrible mixture of insanity and mixed blood. Crazy animals always had a unique smell but because they had never crossed any since then, she had no idea there was that one single connection. Healthy animals always had an initial fear of those that were sickly and had an internal clock to keep them away from them.
She walked around the swampy sections, lookig at some cat tails and chasing some frogs when she finally had to say something. "Do you smell anything weird?" She had to know. Was she going crazy? She had wandered a little farther down from her brother towards one of the rocky areas that boarderlined the swamplands. She could tell from where she stood that there was a ravine not to far away and she wondered what all was around here. Little did she know that the hunt had begun and they weren't safe for long.
Jurian watched with young curiosity as Casa bounced around, finding this and that about the swamp that she liked. Boy had he wished he had found this place soon, it seemed to cure her of tha angst inside that was a nightmare forever haunting their memories. It was then that he truly smelled something nauseating. It was familiar, but in a negative way, it had been a long time since they had last smelled it. But he knew it instantly.
"Casa." He beckoned quietly. He didn't want to alarm her, but in the same token he needed to, needed to get her away from here and somewhere else. How had they tracked them? Had they been following all along? His mind was whirring faster and ears flicked around. "Yes I smell it." He wished greatly that he hadn't, but now he could differentiate. There was blood in the air, heavy blood. A fresh kill. They couldn't go looking to help, but couldn't escape, where in the Roguelands could they run! He breathed heavily then stopped, allowing his chest to relax and steady. He needed to be able to hear, the croaks of the frogs were beginning to drive him insane. He couldn't hear any foot falls, but that smell. "Where..." He breathed out the word and then spotted something on the horizon, away from the swamps and near where the pair had been sleeping only hours before their fun had begun.
"We can only move forward." He said and gave a good push of his nose against her rump. They needed to move and quickly, whatever those murderers were would be after them soon, if they weren't already at their tails.
Apparently it wasn't in her head and she felt her heartbeat begin to pickup. Her pulse raced and her thoughts began to jumble around. What do they do then? They couldn't stay around here, they couldn't go towards the ravine they couldn't go the way they had come. So into the swamps? Was that it? She looked at her brother with earnest eyes and had no idea what they could do. She followed her brothers gaze to the dark figures that were where they had been sleeping not to long ago. They had found them. Was it true? She wanted to panic but she tried her best not to. At the same time she wanted to tear into them and release her vengence. Her fear turned into hatred and she wasn't going to run. She wanted to stay and fight. She wasn't a lilttle cub, that fear in her mind was now blind hatred and she she stomped towards the area in which her brother and her had just been. Her fur was on end and she had a growl deep in her throat. Her brothers nudge to push her away into the swams had failed and she saw nothing but blind fury. There was only one, one that she could see, she didn't see the other two that were hiding elsewhere. Her mind was all rage and focus on the one that had dared get further head of it's packmates. It was smaller than her, but not by much. It was a female with a crazy look in her eyes and she didn't care anymore. She would have her revenge.
She let loose a roar that not even she knew she had and it thundered through her chest and she lunged at the mixed creature and it fought back. She was unaware of the other two, followed by a third that where now starting to close the gap. She felt claws sink into her thigh and she let out an angry growl and lashed her claws towards an unprotected face, she felt the pop of an eyeball and a shriek of pain from the crazed female and she took her chance. Her fangs found the unprotected neck and she dug her claws in as it kicked out at her catching her chest. She knew she'd be hurting but she didn't feel the pain, she didn't feel the blood. She felt the kicking stop and she stopped shaking the lifeless form back and forth and she let the body slump to the ground. It was in that moment the red fadded and she started to feel the pain in her leg and chest. She was cut up but it was all superficial. It would heal. It was then she looked around and saw the error in her ways. The fear kicked in once more and she knew there wasn't anything she coudl do about three. One on one in her blind rage she had been a fair match, but not one against three, even if her brother joined in. She turned and started to move towards him, she limped but she could do it. The three were on her tail but she still had this. Fear was now her spurring factor.
Into the swamps was their only option. As long as they could get away they'd be alright, right? From her playing around she had found out what spots were safe and which were not and she urged her brother to follow her path. "Stay by me." She cried as she moved through the swampy sections. Maybe they would lose them here? It seemed that as crazy as they were, they were smart and followed the two's trail. She was tired and in pain now and even her fear wasn't enough to urge her on and she felt herself slowing. "I can't keep going..." She looked at him with sad eyes. She wouldn't let him die with her. There was no way. "Please, save yourself." She wouldn't cry, she coudn't cry.
Suddenly the sounds of some roars caught her attention and she didn't know what to do. There were hybrids around them and it seemed to be that this was their turf, but isntead of coming after them they went for theApparently it wasn't in her head and she felt her heartbeat begin to pickup.

Suddenly the sounds of some roars caught her attention and she didn't know what to do. There were hybrids around them and it seemed to be that this was their turf, but isntead of coming after them they went for the crazed beasts that had been following them. She didn't understand, she didn't know what was going on. Soon the intruders were either killed or had fled and she felt herself begingig to pass out from the loss of blood and exersion. Someone tried to come close to her and she lashed out, they would not touch her. But her body was weak and she was tired. There wasn't much else she could do and she looked to her brother as she finally collapsed and the hybrids of the pride carried her away.
Jurian was not about to allow such a foolish act to occur, but he had no choice, she was already diving the crazed female when he had tried to react and pull her back, urge her away from the group he knew was hiding. He felt the rage, felt the need to strike and fight, but he also had the level head. Between the two of them he was the collected one, always finding a way to escape where needed and his need was right there, right in the thick of things. He witnessed his sister become a ravaging beast, something that would more than likely fade with time, something that she needed to free. He undertsood that. What he knew she would be regretting is the two-three souless creatures that hid amongst the thicker wooded areas.
"Casa!" He shouted again, this time loud and with a beastial roar he knew was burrowed deep in his gut, that was when his large lion like features began to grow and fluff up with his hackles. He was full sized now, a terror if anyone could see one. He snarled and glared at the ones that had begun to approach, he would not leave her be as she came to of her actions. He was simply delighted to see at least one body collapse to the ground. It was simply dead weight. As she began to back off and began to come back to him he moved forward. His goal was to not simply get away, but to at least shoot some of that fear at the ones who created it. "You will NOT harm my family anymore." He growled loudly and that growl progressed into a solid roar that echoed all around them. It would not scare them away for good, in fact he could still see them slinking, but at least they knew he'd be a force to be reckoned with.
Once he had moved to her side he provided a way to at least limp a little more quickly, he found himself nearly carrying her, but he couldn't. When they had found a source of some kind of safety he helped her down and laid with her. "I am not leaving again, never again." He growled, that was enough of that. He was so blinded by anger that he had not realized he hinted at the fact that he had gone back. "I would not be saving myself by leaving you ..." He paused as some roars and paws began trembling and echoing the area around them. Hybrids? He wasn't aware there was a pride nearby. Than everything began to happen so swiftly.
Next thing Jurian knew he was thanking a hybrid, one of those mixed beasts his sister and him had feared and loathed, for saving them. They swore to bring Casa in and patch her up, but of course for a price. That price was easily paid for safety among many and a place for Casa. His pride and joy.
"Yes, we will be slaves."
The words echoed and life seemed to change for the better with those simple words.
