Saiyoko Looked at lunet. "What do you think Lunet"she asked her companion."It makes no difference to me.I'll leave it up to you.alright?"replied Lunet "Im saiyoko and this is lunet. We arent used to being around people.so we arent entire sure what to think of you quite yet. I dont necessarily care if you share our meal. Do you mind if i ask you something." Saiyoko said to the girl called rei riberu. Saiyoko gave a rather large piece of meat to Lunet. Lunet immediately start eating. She then looked at the girl and said "You can come sit by me and eat if you like." Saiyoko gestured to the empty spot to the left of her,since as always Lunet was on her right side.

"Thank you." Rei spoke calmly in a soft voice and nodded, quietly walking over to where Saiyoko had indicated. She sat down on the lady's left. "Of course, I don't mind answering." Rei replied in a rather soft voice. She waited patiently as she took her own small portion of the meat, sinking her fangs into the piece and began to eat. The flavor was rather good, something she hadn't tasted in a long while. 'She's a good cook.' Rei thought observantly.

"I was wondering are you blind or just enhancing your senses with that blind fold" Saiyoko asked rei. Then proceeded to grab a piece of meat and started to eat. Absent mindedly saiyoko started to snuggle up close to lunet as she ate.

Pausing for a few brief moments, Rei lowered the food from her mouth. She turned her head in the direction of Saiyoko's voice, listening closely. "I'm blind, lost my sight during a mission a few years ago. It's been very challenging and... I'm still not quite used to it." Rei admitted, letting out a shaky sigh. She went back to eating a piece of the meat, being careful in case of any small bones. In truth, Rei wanted to ask Saiyoko some questions, but thought it best not to pry at this point. 'At least I won't be starving from hunger.' she thought tiredly as she sunk her fangs into the tender meat she held in her hands.

"Oh I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked"Saiyoko said apologetically. Saiyoko then gave Lunet another large piece of meat,and proceeded to to take another bite of meat. I'm definitely not good at talking to other people.this is harder than i thought it would be.saiyoko thought to herself.

"It's alright. Some days I just wish it never happened." Rei replied calmly, chewing what was left of her food. She felt around until her hands touched the cooked meat on the metal plate, taking another back leg. The wind began to pick up a bit, considering the weather had been somewhat cold that morning. However, it didn't seem to bother Rei too much for the moment. "What exactly have you been doing wandering around Shade Crow Forest?" she inquired curiously, for she hadn't known of many travelers who came to such a place. Most days it was as quiet as a graveyard, except for the animals roaming about. 'Sometimes I wonder, why on earth I bother to linger in that old village. It's been in ruins for ages.' Rei thought observantly, biting into her food.

"Just passing through,we don't stay in one place for to long"Saiyoko replied to rei. She then grabbed another piece of meat and began eating. Lunet had finished her piece and had curled up beside Saiyoko. Saiyoko started to pet Lunet subconsciously while eating. I wonder were we will end up next. Saiyoko had thought to herself.

Rei finished eating what was left of the meat in her hands. She turned her head in the direction of Saiyoko's voice as she listened. It wasn't unusual for her to hear of people coming and going now and then either to the forest, or sometimes visiting her village in general. "Why is it you don't stay somewhere often?" Rei asked her calmly. Most days she would go off to train in the forest, but today felt different for reasons Rei couldn't quite explain. Though she decided to ignore such thoughts for the moment.

"I'm different from other people. So I'm generally not able to stay in one place for long,and Lunet refuses to leave my side. not that I mind. I would rather have her beside me than be alone." Saiyoko Said half to herself. She had finish the piece of me she was eating,and had began watching the fire. Lunet, who had been quietly listening to the conversation raised her head and nuzzled Saiyoko with it.

Rei's expression became one of slight confusion as she heard Saiyoko's reply. There was something unique about her, that much Rei knew. Though she couldn't quite place it. "How are you different from everyone else?" Rei asked as she turned around to be facing Saiyoko and Lunet. 'Could she be from a different land entirely?' Rei thought curiously. She had wanted to get to know this person a bit better, though in truth, Rei rarely spoke to other people. Even the other villagers of Shade acted like she was non-existent. The only sounds Rei could hear were Saiyoko's voice and the crackling of the fire next to her. Though despite the cold, the heat from the fire was a much more welcome relief, if only for a short time.

"Im a half breed" Saiyoko said with a slight reluctance. She continued staring at the fire as she continued talking to rei. "All I know is that I'm half elf, I don't know what my other half is. But because I'm a half breed people generally shun me or run me out of there towns." Saiyoko said on a barely audible voice.

"It's wrong for someone to remove another person out of their homeland just because they're different. I'm a vampire, people still easily mistake me for a human." Rei replied calmly. She paused for a while, trying to gather her thoughts. For some reason, she felt much more relaxed being around Saiyoko. "You could stay in my village for a while if you want. Everyone pretty much gets along." Rei suggested calmly. The forest was rather quiet that morning as time itself seemed to go by slowly. Though Rei didn't seem very fond of fall weather, considering how cold it had been. The wind had picked up a bit, causing her to shiver a little. It wasn't her favorite time of year at all. 'Doggone it! I should of worn something warmer!' Rei thought observantly.

"well I don't always look like an elf,so its harder for my to blend in."Saiyoko said to rei. She then looked at lunet. "What do you think Lunet,should try staying at her village."Saiyoko asked. "Sure,I guess i wouldn't hurt.besides if things don't work out we can always leave."replied Lunet. Saiyoko nodded to Lunet,then turned back toward Rei. "Alright we'll try staying in your village,and see how things turn out"Saiyoko said to Rei. She had notice Rei shiver,so she pulled out a heavy cloak from her bag and draped it around Rei. "Here this should help keep you warm."said Saiyoko.

"Thank you, I appreciate it." Rei spoke softly, managing to smile shyly a little. She stood from her spot, sensing no other strange things going on around them. "Shall we get going?" Rei asked Saiyoko calmly. She used a simple wind spell to snuff out the small camp fire, leaving no trace except for the bits of smoke still lingering in the air. Cautiously Rei patiently waited for Saiyoko and Lunet. 'Normally this forest is as quiet as a mouse. How odd.' Rei thought observantly, though didn't bother to dwell on it any further. For now, her focus was showing her new friend the way to the village. Rei had a feeling it would be around this time the gate guards would change shifts for the morning once more.

"Alright come on Lunet" Saiyoko said to Lunet. Saiyoko stood up,and Lunet was soon by her side. They walked over by Rei. "Ready when you are Rei" said Saiyoko.hmm so she uses magic.i must admit the was a suprise,Saiyoko thought to herself.
