Mmur let them exit without incident, and was surprised when the boil pat the remaining ghoul on the back and gestured toward the exit where the other two should have been waiting. "Wait here. I'm gonna go find those losers," he said. As he left, the ghoul rolled her eyes.

The fourth human—Michelle, if the others were to be believed—left the exit of the ride as soon as the boil was out of sight, strolling on toward scarier fare. She managed to frighten herself before the alchemist could, entering a public restroom just as a janitor was leaving. They crashed into each other, both muttering insincere sorries as they went on their way. Mmur waited outside. It would have been rude to follow her in.

He grabbed a drink from a nearby cart, and when he was certain that she was the only one watching, he floated it over to her and dumped it on her head.
