What would you say to the argument that: "when men are able to give birth and have an abortion then they can have a say." ?

I have heard this pro-choice argument said by someone who later said that the only women who are against abortion are brainwashed Mormon-like Christian women. Is it fair to say that because you are Christian you are excluded from the debate or from having your opinion being heard?
