Reason for Charming: Obelus will at first dislike the notion of charms, but eventually come to the decision to get herself charmed. She likes making gruesome deals with folk, but she has a habit of scaring them off (unsurprisingly) before the deal can be made. Surely seeing this charm on her and the "goodness of her regained soul" they will come to trust her and her business can turn a better profit than it has been.
(optional) How were they charmed?: I'm thinking of customing a sister that will approach her with the desire that she gets charmed to "save Obelus' soul yadda yadda". She will chase away her sister until she hears from a charmed walker of all the benefits it brought them when they were charmed. Upon hearing this she will hunt down her sister and together they will get Obelus charmed. (Or something along those lines.)

Reason for Charming: Plot purposes! She had kids and was cursed shortly after her foals entered their baskets. One of her daughters, feeling lost and seeking a sense of purpose, will hear of the charms and seek to 'redeem' her mother. Kanti never was a totally 'pure' mare and will never be 'good,' but having more of a connection to her family will drive her plots further. Her personality before she was cursed was rebellion and seeking approval. Having found strength in her new incarnation, she'll be more self-interested and self-assured. She'll be manipulative and fierce, but her charming will give her more of a connection to her family and the children she never knew.

Reason for Charming: In-character, because his daughter has recently decided to stop being evil, and she wanted to give her father a chance. She had some other reasons, but that was the main one, so she sought out a stone and tricked it onto him (she's experienced in tricking him). Out-of-character, I find skinwalkers exceedingly difficult to RP due to their lack of shades of grey.
(optional) How were they charmed?: His daughter obtained one and tricked him into putting it on his head. Probably she told him it would give him the ability to breathe fire. Megapi isn't very smart.

Reason for Charming: Plotline wise, Alkaios works his hide off with his uncle Hallows and extended family to track down his father Orpheus and charm him. To save him from himself. And to hopefully bring him back from the darkness so he can try to have somewhat of a relationship with his family and kids.
(optional) How were they charmed?: Through a massive bloody fight to pin him down and place the charm on his chest. The placement is symbolic too. Right by his heart to hopefully "cleanse it" and to show that Alkaios and his siblings still love their father despite him being an absentee parent. That he's not alone in the world and its okay to let go of his anger and pain.
