"s**t," Isaac yelled, grabbing nearby chamber wall for support, as the whole room began to shake under the violent assault of the Minotaur's monstrous horns. Deep gouges were being imprinted one by one into the far wall, as the beast vented its pent up rage at the assembled Snagems and their partner Pokemon. As chunks of masonry began to crumble from the wall, Isaac's attention was directed towards the ceilings, as flecks of dust and chips of stone began to shake themselves loose as cracks rent their way through the ancient stonework ceiling. "Oh s**t," Isaac cursed under his breath as his eyes widened from the realization of what consequence would result from the repeated abusive onslaught that the chamber was suffering. "Angron! Look out above you!" He shouted as he tried to squeeze himself back into the chute from which he had emerged, "Bulldoze!"
His insight into the obvious proved accurate, as the stone ceiling finally gave way to the fury of the savage hybrid's outpouring of rage. Shards of worked tiles preceded large chunks of stone, all intermixed with smaller fragments and debris. Isaac braced himself inside the hidden passage, hoping that the structural integrity would hold, and he wouldn't find himself crushed or ground to paste underneath an endless sea of stone and earth. Through it all, he flicked his gaze across the room, desperately peering through the rising dust cloud for any sign of his Aron. It was hard to see at first, with the dust and debris obscuring all vision throughout the chamber, but eventually his vision settled on a pattern of stone, earth, and ... was that a Geodude... that were being tossed upwards and out away from a central charging point. The wave of earth and stone that Angron was kicking up as he ruched towards his target, fanned out like a protective bow wave before the steel Pokemon, catching trailing bits of stonework from the ceiling, before the whole ensemble crashed into the hind legs of the rampaging beast.

The Minotaur would be on the receiving end of another barrage of attacks as the Snagem Pokemon rushed it. Gale would dive down at it with a Steel Wing, striking it across its left shoulder. Cutiefly would spray a gust of Stun Spore in its fast just at the right moment to prevent it from snatching Gale up before impact, unfortunately all it managed to do was distract it as the spores seemed to have no effect on it. Nalu would come next as the Pichu was thrown at it, the little ball of electricity slamming into the left side of its chest, the combined forces on that side causing it to stumble left. Houndour would be next, the hound continuing to increase its flame as it shot towards the Minotaur as a raging ball of fire and rammed into its right leg. Fermata would see her opening as the beast stumbled and would deliver a Leaf Blade right across its right midsection. The Bulldoze summoned up by Aron would send 'tidal wave' of debris and stone slamming into the legs of the already wobbly Minotaur. The Snagems might be surprised to see their combination attack was managing to make the Minotaur lose its foot and fall backwards! However, they wouldn't have too much time to celebrate. "Raaaa!" As the beast stumbled and went to fall backwards its conjured up a tremendously long 'sword' of Fighting energy from its pointed hand and slashed at all the Pokemon in one deft swing as it fell onto its butt. As the Minotaur fell its wildly slash cut deep into the ceiling above it, a large chunk of stone just barely staying attached to the ceiling right above its head. [Damage taken.]Pidgeotto: 105-127 (Roll for damage range.) Pichu: Knocked out. Cutiefly: Missed! Houndour: Knocked out. Decidueye: Missed! Aron: 156-184 (Roll for damage range.) As the monster toppled under the combined might of the varied onslaught from the Snagem's Pokemon, Isaac felt hope and elation well up in his heart; they might actually have a shot of defeating this beast. Praise for Angron's efforts, however, would catch in his throat with the words left unsaid as a more pressing concern caught Isaac's attention. The monstrosity's hand began to shine with the distinctive glow of chi before springing to life and snapping into shape with a speed and fluidity that astonished Isaac, to say nothing of the blade's enormous size. It would be almost impossible to dodge something of that size, which left only one option. "Angron, Protect!" Isaac yelled, projecting all the urgency he could, "Behind and above you!" The steel Pokemon raised its head, ending the spray of earth and stone, and spun around on his own momentum, already gathering chi in anticipation for the already swinging blade. Focusing that gathered energy through his steel plated head, Angron bellowed with a strength and ferocity befitting his evolutionary lineage as he projected that chi outwards into a protective barrier in the distinctive shape of the Aron's armored helm.
Isaac, meanwhile, tracked the wickedly deadly blade of fighting chi as it arced across the chamber, cursing inwardly as he watched Reno's Pichu and Arkelos' Houndour fall before the devastating strike. The hope that had so briefly sparked to life, now dimmed as he mentally adjusted the probable outcome of the scenario. The outcome wasn't good; it was likely that despite their combined efforts, this grotesque hybrid was probably going to smash through the assembled resistance that the trainers had assembled. The biggest advantage the Snagem's had was their numbers, but if attacks like that flailing, destructive swing were any indication, then they might not hold that for much longer. It was in their interest then, if they could retain that edge for as long as possible, Isaac concluded as he retrieved a spiky crystal from one of the multiple interior pockets that adorned his lab coat. "Reno," he yelled before throwing the Max Revive towards the Psychic channeler, "Heads up!"

Being too close to the Minotaur to even try evading the attack, Gale would be slashed and swatted by the unusual attack The impact hit fairly hair between the slash and resulting trip to a wall, but luckily the rocks would be avoided due to just not being near them. Amaranth wouldn't have quite the same luck, having to keep moving around and dropping low to avoid either being cut in two or witness yet another cave-in. After having dealt with two of them and being on the wrong side both times, she wasn't willing to go through a third. She didn't dare rest on her laurels, even when the Minotaur had fallen backwards.
She'd rush to where Gale was thrown to in an effort to catch her, the Pidgeotto falling into her arms before getting a chance to recover. It wasn't long before the bird went back into the air, spinning around as her wings began to glow with a similar Fighting energy to the Minotaur's attack. A pair of blades formed from the energy would expand from Gale's wings as she flung herself at the Minotaur yet again, though once the energy dissipated, she'd go to move out of its way. Mirror Move had its limits, it seemed.

Sacred Sword? Oh crap. "Fermata, Dodge tha-!" Odd's exclamation came too late, the might minotaur's attack coming in hard and fast. Only to pass right through the Decidueye smooth and clean, without ever leaving a mark. "Wait a second......I'm confused....." The Channeler stated, waving his hand in the air for a mental as if to call a "time out" in this battle. "Are you a Ghost-Type?" He'd ask directly to Fermata.
The Decidueye shrugged, then looked back to the battle at hand. "Du eye!" The Archer cried out, pointing Odd's focus to a slab of stone barely clinging to the ceiling.
"Good eye." He told the owl, deciding to set his questions aside for later. "Think you can manage Energy Ball, still?"
"Decid." Fermata replied with a nod. Rather than drawing an arrow, he pulled back an unseen bowstring, a glowing green arrow appearing in his winghand, the finger!feathers of it holding the fletchings snugly in place.
"Nice take on the concept." Odd praised, offering a ln appreciative whistle at the sight of glowing arrow. "As soon as it looks like that stone will fall on that monster, let loose."
Fermata nodded and watched the events that proceeded to unfold. As soon as it looked like he could hit the Minotaur with crashing rubble, he'd loose his Energy Ball arrow, the glowing construct racing through the air and Slow Ng drawing in upon itself until it was a true ball, slipping between the stone slab and where it was still connected to the ceiling. As soon as it hit, it proceeded to explode with a powerful concussive force. Hopefully enough to drop the ceiling on their assailant.

Diving as he watched the Sacred Sword come slamming into Nalu, the psychic channeler would barely manage to reach where the little Electric type would crash down to cushion his fall. Wrapping his arms around the Pichu as they both slid along the ground, Reno would roll a few times before eventually sliding to his feet. "Well, looks like we aren't helping any more." Reno muttered, staring down the strange hybrid and focusing himself to help with predicting what it might do next.
While this was a good strategy most days, it led to him ignoring something pretty obvious as he caught the thrown Max Revive in the side of the head. Scrambling to grab the crystal before it hit the ground, Reno would give a fist pump and a thank you wave to Isaac before stuffing the object into his Pichu's mouth. Watching as Nalu sprang back to life, Reno would hold the Electric type at arms length before yelling, "Thundershock!" Feeling a slight tingling in his left arm, Reno watched as the limb began to slowly have its lights fade while the Pichu directed out the Thundershock blast, now more of a Thunder, towards the Minotaur. This would work perfectly.

Cutie had to fly around to avoid getting hit by everyone's moves while Keiko stood there fearfully trying to make up her mind on what to do next. Since her trainer wasn't being much of a help, Cutie decided to take matters into her own tiny hands. The bug would scoop down, picking up as many pebbles and shards of rock as she could before flying around the Minotaur's head in a circle, pelting the beast with Bug-type energy-infused rocks. Cutie changed directions every once in a while, trying to stay unpredictable so if the Minotaur tried to swat at her, she'd hopefully be able to avoid getting hit.
"Cutie! Be careful!" Keiko shouted when she realized that her Pokemon went off without her.

Aron would protect its self from the beast's terrible blow, however Isaac and his Pokemon might both notice that the Steel type's Protect shield was actually cracked by the monster, could they risk using it again? The aerial assault would come in again as Gale collected the residual energy leftover from the Sacred Sword and used it in the form of its own Mirror Move copied version of Sacred Sword, the bird racking it across the chest with its stolen move. The monster would attempt to swat at the bird but Cutie would come in with its annoying barrage of Bug energy infused rocks. While they didn't hurt that much it was plenty of annoying and just enough to distract the Minotaur in trying to smack it out of the sky, the beast completely ignoring the others for the time being. (Will roll in Minotaur roll thread to see if Cutie gets smacked. Low chance.) With the beast distracted just enough it wouldn't see the Thunder attack coming...however it would appear the super charged electric attack was too much for the tiny Pichu as the powerful bolt of electricity flew on by and disappeared into the darkness of the room that once contained the Minotaur. (Mystery roll in Minotaur roll thread. Did Nalu screw up?) One could thing would come of it as the missed Thunder startled the Minotaur into ceasing its swatting at Cutie and snarled at the Pichu, the beast getting up to its feet again as it prepared to punish the mouse. At least, that's what it was planning to do. The monster's plans were cast aside as an explosion went off above it, the fragmented ceiling above it coming crashing down thanks to Fermata's Energy Ball arrow shot. Things could become awfully quiet after the roof came down on the creature, a huge slab of stone now pressed on top of it and other smaller rubble. They couldn't see the beast inside the pile of stone, but they knew it was still there. The idea of its defeat would be hard to dismiss as it was a good minute of silence, just nothing. Did they win? Did they really win? "Graaaah!" The monstrous roar would come from the rubble as the entire hallway began to shake, a fierce glow of brown energy coming from inside rubble, the chunks of stone beginning to levitate off of the Minotaur, the giant slab now floating above the beast's head as it stood up, its rage fueled gaze staring down the Snagems. The Minotaur was utilizing Secret Power to take command of the stone, the massive slab that once crushed it now being flipped over and used it as a shield, the beast seeming to be gathering energy in its horns as they began to glow. The rest of the stones would just fall down as it didn't intend to attack with them, in fact that would be a bit of a bluff for the real assault to further distracted the Snagems while it prepared for something nastier. The ground throughout the hallway would begin to crack and burst open as geysers of molten rock would shoot up out of the ground, summoned forth from the depths of Mt. Silver's magma chambers. Soon would this hallway be turned into another corridor of the underworld as the relentless assault continued. (You may use a move that increases Speed or otherwise causes the Pokemon to move 'quickly' such as Quick Attack to try and avoid damage. 10% dodge chance per 1 Stage of Speed increase. 20% dodge chance for priority moves. Any others, ask. Roll between 1-10 to attempt dodge.) Damage Rolls:Aron: 236-280 Pidgeotto: Missed! Pichu: 124-148 Decidueye: 18-21 (Sp. Def -1) Cutiefly: Missed! "Fermata, can you do that curving arrow thing again?"
"Deci du dueye decidueye."
"Spirit Shackle?" Odd asked, thinking for a moment. "OOh! That's the name of that move? Good to know. Use Spirit Shackle again, then!" He told his partner, not realizing yet that he'd been able to understand that properly.
"Decid." Fermata nodded and drew an arrow from within his wing, drawing it back as it became infused with Ghost energy. Loosing the arrow after a moment, Odd could only watch, momentarily, as he began trying to dodge the lava being released from the ground now, the shaking floor making it somewhat difficult to stay standing. Even moreso when his owl, who'd been calm up until now suddenly jumped up off the floor and began to balance on his shoulders, almost crushing him at first due to the sudden and highly unexpected weight added onto his body.
"Oh, Gods! You're even heavier now!" Odd exclaimed, struggling to hold them both up. The owl was more interesting in his arrow's trajectory, though. He'd aimed it to pierce the minotaur with it's Ghostly....ness? and then loop back to catch that stone's shadow, hopefully preventing it from being loosed upon the group at large. As soon as he was sure the arrow was going to at least hit, he'd clench his talon's around Odd's arms and flap like crazy, barely getting them high enough off the ground to be safe from the lava pouring in, and carried him a short distance away. Where he was hit by a geyser and knocked from the air, clutching at his wing and clearly in pain, when Odd stopped rolling to his own destination and rushed to his side.

"Cutie, come back!" Keiko shouted, urging her Pokemon to get away from the giant beast they were hunting.
Keiko was quick to use a Super Potion on Cutie once she was out of the Minotaur's range. "We gotta do something to keep this thing from hurting anyone else," Keiko said after the potion was spent. As if struck by inspiration, Cutie flew up to the ceiling and started charging her body with Fairy-type energy, eventually firing off a Dazzling Gleam that was aimed at the Minotaur's face.
"Cover your eyes!" Keiko yelled before doing so herself.

Nalu and Reno would stare at each other for a moment before yelling and running around again, the Pichu slipping out from Reno's grasp to run in a panic towards the Minotaur by accident before the torrent of rocks and debris caught the small Pokemon and sent him flying back towards and past Reno before slamming into the cavern's wall. Running over to where the Pichu was slowly sliding down the wall, Reno would rip him off the wall before shaking Nalu back into focus. "Well, time to go big again. Nalu, Volt Tackle!" Reno yelled, throwing his Pichu towards the Minotaur behind the Dazzling Gleam and the Spirit Shackle, trying to use the two attacks to distract from the glowing cannonball hurtling towards the ill-tempered hybrid.

Luckily, Gale was distant enough to evade the attack, but Amaranth would see the molten rock begin to shoot from the ground. Backing to a wall in a vain effort to avoid being swallowed by it, she called to her Pidgeotto to try and keep her safe. "Gale, Quick Attack! Stay alert!" She yelled at once, Gale racing close enough to slam into the Minotaur before zipping around in the air, trying to weave in and out of the rocks.

Angron's chi shield cracked and strained under the force of the devastating impact of the Sacred Sword, but the Protect held firm and deflected the blade away from the Aron's body. Fortunate as this was for trainer and Pokemon, whilst Isaac was distracted by hurling the Max Revive towards Reno he missed the rumbling under his feet, the warning signs of what destruction was yet to come. "Alright Angron, Iron He..." Isaac's voice seized in his throat as the ground underneath his Aron burst forth in an eruption of raging magma, tossing his companion into the chamber's stone walls with a sickening thud.
"ANGRON!" Isaac cried out, as he rushed over to his wounded friend, scoping up his limp form and cradling the tiny Pokemon in his arms. Shallow breaths panted from Angron's mouth, as the injured Pokemon struggled to keep his eyes open. Once again, Isaac reached into his lab coat to retrieve his final healing item on his person. Thankfully, the Full Restore was more than enough to heal Angron's wounds, and soon the tiny and now very angry Pokemon leaped from Isaac's arms, eager for the chance to get his revenge against the monstrosity that had wounded it. "Iron Head," Isaac shouted, finishing his statement from earlier. Angron snorted appreciatively at the command, lowering his iron helm and charged the recovering monster. Bellowing with all the force he could muster and with ferocity indicative of his linage, the Aron flung himself at full speed towards the massive hybrid, his head illuminated with shining gleam of steel chi focused for impact. there could be no doubt about it, Angron was going all out to seize his chance at revenge.

As the Minotaur reached the end stages it readied its stone shield to protect against the oncoming attacks, however a certain owl's annoying arrow would prevent the hybrid from moving his makeshift shield, the beast having no time to think of something else as the Snagem Pokemon closed in.
Right after the arrow passed through him a bright flash of light would go off, the beast dazzled by the bug's pretty lights. Next up would come something slamming into the monster's forehead, the bull man having no idea what it was as he was temporarily blinded so instead it just swatted around wildly a bit.
Next up would come a tiny electric rodent made into an electric bullet. With the beast shield-less, blinded, and distracted by an annoying bird, Nalu would have an easy time closing in on the hybrid's vulnerable points as the Pichu bolted around the stone slab and rammed its self into the beast's gut.
As soon as the mouse hit the beast would cripple over a bit and grab its stomach in pain. The conga line of pain wouldn't end there however as the grand finale was next, a slightly bigger creature (but not by much) charging up at it and ramming its steel hard head into its shin, the beast losing its balance again as it fell to its knees.
"Graaah!" Heavily damaged, winded, and annoyed by this fight the Minotaur would let out a horrible blood curdling roar. While the Snagem's combination made it cut short the charge up of its next move it still had plenty to hurt them with. With another roar the beast would conjure up the energy stored in its horns, said energy forming in its open mouth in the shape of a ball, the once white energy quickly taking on a blue color.
With another shout the beast would fire off a relatively large (though not nearly as big as it could have been) ball of Water based energy at the Snagem Pokemon as it executed its Hidden Power.
