Naughty Designer: milk cap Model: Sheenah Description: Seeing the first challenge, I immediately took to the more dirty interpretation of the theme because I thought it'd be interesting since I usually like cute avatars. I played around with lingerie, seeing what works and what doesn't, and I thought maybe I could add something like fuzzy cuffs to give the viewer a bit more of a feel of what the woman is into, you know? So then I found this armmod with a whip sort of thing, and obviously, I had to use it. Together, with the heels, it gives her a dominating presence. I added the background to set the mood because a dark alcove with rose petals scattered around always makes it more seductive. The underwear was last, as it was hard to find something I liked, but it paid off because I found the perfect pair that reminds one of bondage with the design.

Sleepyhead
Designer: iiiFlames
Model: Chloe
Description: After I read the whole description of the first challenge, I couldn't resist making a classic sleepwear outfit fitting for my cute model. I used a specific jacket with an arm motion that made my model looked like she took off her sleep mask and rubbing her eyes after she woke up. I also used a legmod and a headbow that fits in perfectly with the look I'm going with. Noticeable that the bed my model is on is looks like from the "The Princess and the Pea" story, I used that specific bed to get that metaphor that makes my model can't sleep because her bed is as uncomfortable as the bed from "The Princess and the Pea", and the overall look is beautiful from head to toe, and fitting with the theme. I hope she can sleep from her "Princess and the Pea" bed, teehee whee.

Daybreak
Designer: AmberEmma
Model: Wanda
Description: I saw the challenge when I first woke up so I knew exactly what I wanted to make. I wanted to capture the feeling of seeing the sun trickle in through the curtains after a night with little to no sleep. That feeling of exhaustion taking over you and it's in that moment that you finally feel as though you can fall asleep. Using the imagery of a soft comfy bed well wrapped in a warm blanket, I find it helps add to the feeling that the night has passed and that it's time to get up despite wanting to go to sleep. I named it Daybreak since that is the time in the morning when daylight first appears. The harsh language used in the challenge name invoked the feeling of being frustrated due to ones inability to fall asleep.

A Long Day Designer: Dante Dolly
Model: Melissa
Description: The first thing that came to mind when I saw the challenge was the feeling one gets when they get home after a hard day of work and all they want to do is unwind and eventually get some sleep. So I wanted to set a scene where Melissa has just gotten home from a big business meeting. She's already had a few adult beverages to unwind and at last is stripping down to crash. Too tired to even pick up after herself, she'll probably be in bed before that tie hits the floor. That said, I also chose a stylish room with romantic maroons to suit Melissa's soft and pretty style, and bubble blue panties to show she's still playful and cute even when tending to serious business.
Description: Who wouldn't want to hop into this pale bubblegum bed for a cuddle with Helen? This is a simple design using soft colors to make my model look as cozy as possible. The pale bubblegum color scheme and repeated bears, hearts, and stars throughout give the work a harmonious balance.

Title: One More Page
Model: Madeline
Designer: Kiari_Luveniar
Description: This theme is exactly what I tell myself sometimes. There are many nights I have stayed up until the early morning hours reading a good book and I always say just one more page. Madeline is supposed to represent me, staying awake all night to read. I used a neutral color pallet to make it seem more realistic.

A Night In
Model: Sarah
Designer: Alesaan
Description: At first, I wanted to juxtapose Sarah's chic 'street' look with her sleeved up arms and tattooed scalp against soft pinks, white lace, and lots of sheer chiffon. The Disney Princess Lingerie look was stunning, but just didn't feel right with Sarah even though she killed it.
So I went back to her innate 'street chic' vibe, and dressed her to look like she was going out for a night on the town. The unbuttoned top adds sex appeal, while the oversized snuggly cardigan adds a slight grunge element to the look along with her thigh high loose socks.
But the sheep sippers? It's the surprising "ah-ha!" moment that makes you realize what you thought you were seeing wasn't quite correct - it isn't a shirt dress but a nightshirt. She isn't heading out for a night on the town, but staying in for a night at home.
Whoever says fashionable and comfort didn't usually go hand in hand, clearly needs to do some research.

I Could Have Danced All Night Designer: elphiethesane Model: Chantal Description: When I first saw the challenge, I immediately thought my main problem would be to find something that would work with my model’s intricate updo. It’s just so fancy, it’s not exactly something someone would normally wear to bed... But eventually a combination of that hairstyle and the held dress pose gave me an idea. I pictured a girl who had spent all night at a fancy party, who just got home and the first thing she does is take off her expensive gown so it doesn’t get ruined. Before even all her jewelry or her shoes! When designing the outfit itself, I picked everything so that it would work with the gown... That’s why, for example, I didn’t go for a standard bra, since the gown is backless. In fact if you keep all the items the same and only change the gown so it’s on instead of held, it still works as a lovely party look.
The outfit is named after the song from My Fair Lady, because as I was working on the outfit I realized her expression made her look like while she might be getting ready for bed, she was too excited about her party to actually sleep. The song popped into my head in response, and I couldn’t resist titling the outfit after it.
Description: There's nothing a new mother wants more than some nice, hard earned sleep... unfortunately, the new baby doesn't know that. At least one of them is getting some sleep. It's a good thing she's so cute, her adorable smiles make it all worth it~
I chose the "cutie" color scheme because it matches the model Danielle so well, but also because when I found the adorable baby, I wanted to choose a color scheme that would go well with this theme. I've never had a baby, but I have friends who do (the pictures are so adorable!) and I wanted to express the roller coaster of emotions and hard work that goes into being a new mother. Plus, what mother doesn't wish she had more hours in a day to sleep?

Serenity in Murder
Designer: SortaKindaMaybe
Model: Amaya
Description: The night is young and there's bound to be death elsewhere. There's always something about femme fatales and that's what I went for - danger in disguise. Amaya has that appeal with the classy night gown. She gives off that dangerous "don't mess with me" kind of vibe but at the same time have that sexiness about her. She also shows that spark for being manipulative. It can be anyone's interpretation, perhaps she has murdered her new husband while on a honeymoon after having a fit, working as a spy with intent of killing after gaining intel or murdering her lover in his sleep after finding out something that will jeopardize whatever it is she's hiding or it could just be the simple thrill of bloody murder and getting away with it before calling it a night - as what the quote goes, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" or in modern's term "go the ******** to sleep".
Rest Easy Breezy Blue Designer: Princess of the Raindrops Model: Mariah Description: Sporting her favorite pajamas, a simple tank top, Mariah is ready to bunker down and end the day. A few good stretches are good to help the body relax, getting out kinks in the spine and joints so she's more comfortable in bed. An easy going person like Mariah tends to sleep in light clothing because it is easier to handle and offers more cool off than bundling up and then being too hot in bed. The color blue is known for it's relaxing properties and so I built off of the theme that blue=bed time. I find that the color blue is also a very versatile color and is just more fun than most colors. I also incorporated some of my own pajama style into the look, as I tend to overheat at night, I wear light and airy clothing, a headband to keep my hair out of my face, and maybe socks, if it's super cold in my room.

Challenge 1: Go the ******** to Sleep Designer Name: HCTotorro Model Name: Nicki Outfit Title: Insomniaaahhh! Description: Nicki is having trouble falling asleep, again! She's tried all of the usual stuff that people say helps including reading a boring book, drinking some warm milk, counting sheep... She even watched a hypnosis video on youtube. But she just couldn't fall asleep for the life of her. The sun has already started to come out and she hasn't gotten even a single wink in so she's getting emotional and frustrated about it. Item List:
*Sent a PM to The_Slytherin_Goddess to make sure that the little tear mod was still okay, hasn't gotten back to me yet but I wanted to get my submission in before the deadline just in case. If it's not allowed, I'll edit in without it.
Title:Eternal Slumber Designer: x_suicide_is_inevitable_x Model: Ella Description: At first, I was looking for pajamas, trying to figure out how to show an inability to sleep. I thought of staying up crying after a breakup, getting some tea or warm milk before bed, and playing video games long into the night. I was having a difficult time finding the right color scheme, when I came across an item that make me think of the phrase "sleeping with the fishes". I was suddenly struck with the inspiration to put together an ensemble of a different kind of sleep - death. So here is displayed Ella, may she rest in peace.
Image not working, trying to fix. Finally got it to work. Why does the avibuilder give me the wrong code? It's e3 not e1, you dumb computer. (Cutting it a little close here, but the avatar builder kept refreshing and deleting my work grrr.) Edit: I forgot to remove the item list after adding the description.

Feedback
1. x_suicide_is_inevitable_x (Ella) Good: Wonderfully original and sold solidly Bad: There's something off in the composition - maybe the hat needed to go, maybe she could have used the bottom of the image disappearing into white
2. milk cap (Sheenah) Good: Colours and composition are good Bad: The outfit is lacking in creativity - more depth is needed
3. Kiari_Luveniar (Madeline) Good: Cute, unique and relatable Bad: Expand your description to tell us how you came to determine her overall look
4. Princess of the Raindrops (Mariah) Good: Cute and well-balanced Bad: The blues are a bit mismatched (though 1 liked that) and seems a bit safe ... give us a surprise!
5. Tink_Bel (Helen) Good: Colour pallet and recurring motifs were lovely Bad: Although the description made some great points, it left much to be desired
6. iiiFlames (Chloe) Good: Very cute and 'classic' Bad: The description was a hot mess - be clear and concise
7. elphiethesane (Chantal) Good: Happy to see you balanced what you wanted with what looked well on your model Bad: The ensemble looks a bit off balance, perhaps too cluttered
8. HCTotorro (Nicki) Good: Simple and eloquent with a well used mod for tears Bad: The model nearly melted into the background with no colour to make her pop
9. WhyYesh (Lisa) Good: NA Bad: NA
10. AmberEmma (Wanda) Good: Cute design and enjoyable description Bad: Lost points in creativity and style for using different variations of the same item - switch it up
11. Alesaan (Sarah) Good: Very creative and explained eloquently in the description Bad: It didn't feel very homey - more 'frumpy' than anything
12. Ultrabord (Danielle) Good: This is OOZING with creativity and the colour scheme is perfect for the scene and for the model Bad: Could be a bit more fashion-forward
13. Spectacular_Blueberry (Clara) Good: NA Bad: NA
14. SortaKindaMaybe (Amaya) Good: Gorgeous design with eye-catching drama! Bad: Description could have tied in the look a little more and perhaps something to balance the top of the model, like a hair accessory
15. Dante Dolly (Melissa) Good: Sexy outfit and believable background - backed up by a wicked description! Bad: It's a little less fashiony
