For once in her short life, the Dragoness was lost for words! This young male was a strange and peculiar creature - unlike nobody she had ever met inside her own Pride. She wondered, where all Outlanders as dramatic as he? Or was he an oddball amongst he own kin? Equi had never really been too concerned about their brutish neighbours - but if all were as brash as this one. Well, that thought was terrifying to say the least!
As he gave her title after title her face remained stoic. The female held her frustration between clenched teeth, unable to open her jaw. With a roguish flare he met every challenge she made - and it was near insufferable. How dare he. How. Dare. He. As the dark male ran her tongue along her paw and beyond, she had to fight the urge to swipe at his face - instead the limb went rigid and her breath caught in her lungs.
She wished the redness that had settled on her face was caused by fury alone. But she knew that was not the case - there was a charm in his boldness that she could not deny, though it did not make her anymore fond of him. The huntress brought her paw back onto her raised platform, before swiftly leaning down towards him.
Not one to back away from a challenge - and sure that he would scare a lot easier than she did, golden eyes closed as her nose pressed against his. She could feel his warm breath mingle with hers - and she was grateful he did not smell as bad as she expected him to.
”L-lordess - Put him out of his misery, this joke has gone on- long enough!” Tigi tripped over his words as he called over to his young mistress - he was in disbelief, unable to comprehend the scene that was unfolding in front of him. He was not a fan of the fact that Equi was kissing strange boys, especially ones that had rolled in from the Outlands - what would her mother think?
Frustration bubbled in his belly as his words were ignored, until finally a sharp hiss caught the lionesses attention at last. After lingering for what must have been an uncomfortable amount of time for the male - she finally opened her eyes again.
“Go home to your mother, boy. Be thankful the only thing that you lost today was your pride.” She whispered before pulling away from him.
