He is always careful to make sure that he gets something from it also though. Always trying to stay on top of the gossip chain, Hatter loves to find out what is going on and is always ready to offer an opinion. He traveled with the Doctor on his way over from England and is quite the opposite of the eccentric stallion in some way but they still got along well. For the twin: The color of the eyes is a vibrant, piercing blue color with a glow effect. The body is black as night, except for the tips of the ears which are white, with the color of the marking designs being a glowing cyan.
