Like I said in the other thread; the Byakugan ones cannot be seen through.
This means you are blind while wearing them.
The sharingan ones can cause permanent damage if worn for a period longer than 3 hours.
I don't think it's worth $120.

really? I would think they would fix a problem like that if they want to sell many at $120.

I;ve seen ones you could use as Byakus though, just a white part to cover the iris and pupil, and you can see through those fine...why would it be so difficult to do that for another company?

I seriously doubt. I think you didn't wear those.
The pupil is ESSENTIAL to see. If it's covered, you cannot see.
If it's lightly covered, you STILL cannot see.
It needs lots of light to pass though; we are not nocturnal whether people think they are or not.

Every cosplayer I've seen or a Hyuuga, likely spending a hundred bucks or more on contacts, had pupils. I'm sure they didn't want pupils. But they hadn't a choice or they'd run into walls and people and fall down stairs.
((And Comicon's got some pretty large flights of stairs.))

For under 3 hours, the Sharingan ones would be cool to wear, even if I'm so not an Uchiha fan.

I remember looking for pupil-less contacts when I was younger. Yeah, those are a not-cool idea. I remember watching some poor girl walk into a truck. It was funny, but still... biggrin

I'd rather have ones like Naruto's in Kyuubi form. Red cat eyes would definitly be cool.
