[Sanoske_Niwa]

Sanoske laughed lightly from his place in the tree that over looked the area where the ritual was just done. He didn't know whether he should strike first ask questions later, or ask first then decided to fight from there. He just staied still sitting in his tree wondering whether or not to go down there and talk or attack.

In a surge of fear brought on by the waves of menace he felt, if they can truly be called that, he roughly grabbed Antha's arm as if he would drag her away but simply stood there, staring out into the darkness and feeling blind to all around him. Antha quickly pried loose his fingers and glided over to the little tomb, her eyes roaming vaguely over the metal door. She laughed gently as she felt the wind rush through her hair, thinking hsi fear quite amusing. "If it's one of them trying to attack us," she said calmly, not even bothering to turn and face her brother again, "We'll use the flame gift and burn it to ashes." She smiled a bit at thinking how easily prone to fire vampires were, imagining again the figures of ones she'd seen in the streets engulfed in flame in 2 seconds flat.

she stood and walked away, hoping malakai and antha hadn't notices her presence. the air became less opressive as she continued through the woods, and her mood lifted. she bent to pick up a fallen leaf when the coin slid out of her pocket. she placed it where it belonged and quickened her step, ready to be out of the woods. spinning the green leaf between her fingers, she changed the color from green to pruple, to red and so on.

When the words flame gift reached his ears he laughed even louder and more manical. He jumped from the tree so that he would be infront of the two of them.

"So which should I attack first."he said with a grin as his claws and fangs where bared at the both of them.

Antha stared at him, a faint amusement to her face as her eyes focused a bit more and her eyebrows raised. Malakai still seemed afraid, but mingled with this had come the look of annoyance. "Get lost," he told him plainly, giving a lsight gesture of his hand.
Antha looked at him as if to tell him he were rude, which she did tell him mentally, but nodded her head in agreement. Then, as fi she had forgotten completely about the both of them, she ran her finger along the rim of the goblet until the vivid colow of blood was stained on her finger. This she ran across the door of the tomb, creating the image of a small pair of blood wings.

Sanoske grinned and started to run towards Malakai with his claws dragging on the floor creating a horrific scraping sound. His eyes where black with the small inverted crosses focused straightly on Malakai.

Covering his face with his arm, Malakai willed the flames to leap up around the vampire and immediately they did, fave times as tall as himself and at about 8 yards in diameter. It covered half of the circle easily. And as Antha looked at this she only took a single step back, staring at the skirt of her dress to make sure it hadn't caught fire.
Quickly Malakai rushed over to her and again took hold of her arm, attempting to drag her into one of the tombs with him. But she freed herself and only pushed him inside, at the same time mentally calling out for her uncle Michael, her cousin Thorne, poor doomed Nicolae whom she knew to be in the catacombs of another nearby cemetary, and all of the Mayfairs who happened to be close by and could help, telling them where Malakai would be. She then stood with her back pressed against the door and her head tilted slightly to the side, staring at the vampire. "Sorry," she said softly to him, her eyes calm, "But I need him to live. And hopefully by the time you're through with me uncle Michael and Thorne will be here."

Sanoske laughed lightly and with a flick of his wrist the flames where completely washed out. He moved his scared hand infront of his face and the scar began to glow, it was his fav technice the death of love. In minutes his body was covered in darkness, he shot towards her through the floor and appeared right before her with his claws ready to grab her neck.

Antha smiled bitterly, her eyes locked hazily onto him. Malakai beat against the door in a heated rage, calling out to her, but with her call to the pahntoms he was sealed in. "You take to long," she said calmly as he disappeared, "All of the others were much faster. Don't get me wrong though, the extra time is helpful." Again the bitter smile came to her lips as he shot into view again. She thought on Nicolae's own words when they'd parted. One day you'll blunder and to the rest fo the world you'll be as dead as you are in your own mind. Gently she shook her head as if to say that he was right, corkscrew curls swaying with the motion.

she heard faintly the call for the mayfairs, and eventhough she couldn't help, volusia dropped her leaf and ran. she gathered up her skirts, but her short legs could not carry her very far or very fast. she thought suddenly then, that she hadn't really been summoned, so, morelikely than not, she wasn't needed, nor was it any of her buisness. she stopped running abruptly, but then continued walking briskly in antha's direction, her curiosity gaining the better of her.
