It's part of how he speaks. It's hard to make Japanese turn into English. It is so vital yet so difficult because Japanese is so different.
I think translating it was stupid anyway, and anyone who doesn't like it should just watch the Japanese version, not complain.

i'm sorry, but i don't know the naruto thing very much in Japanese, i've only heard of it through my friends and they don't even know about the Japanese series. I have had a shonen jump subscription, so i know that.
and i do watch the cartoon network series. only b cuz my computer sucks and i can't watch youtube. i have no other ways of watching Naruto. Oh yeah and the 'Believe It' is a little awkward(ok it's just annoying)
can anyone help? pweezez gonk gonk

"Believe It" was OK at first, but it became increassingly annoying each time he uses it.

...The dub is terrible. ALL of everything Naruto says sounds stupid, because they chose terrible voice actors. Watch the Japanese anime on Youtube with subtitles: It actually captures some of Naruto's character.

I've watched tons of Japanese episodes... I'm not missin' out.
Plus, I get a pretty good idea from the Japanese manga. :]
