It is possible, but it's like gaining the ability to draw a perfect circle, you can come close, but no where near it at the same time.

The frames of the game were manipulated I guessing, using Action Replay, nothing was done to modify the game's physics.

To be able to play like that you would have to be able to press something like 16 buttons a second.

It's possible, but there's a 99.99999999999999999% chance nobody can do it.

This has debug menu hacking written all over it. No damage. Two little words this can be altered from a hacked menu....

There was no damage cheat, or eve if there was, it wouldn't matter. You can tell he never gets hit. Did you even watch it?

Of course it's a cheat, of course it's fake, ofcourse no human can accomplish that. But what is does show is that Fox is capable of that, and that a fox player's only limit is the speed of their reactions and hands.
