My parents, when pissed off, like to shift the blame on me and my sisters for s**t that's their fault.
So, they'll try and act like it's our faults sometimes. I've told them that they can stop blaming us for their ********. No big deal to me. I get over it, they might not, but in the end, I'm still right.
So, don't get too worked up over it. You may ******** up from time to time, but it's the parent's perogative to get over themselves and......well, be a parent. Children get to make mistakes, because they're children. Parents, as parents, they can screw up, yes, but they're adults and therefore can't go around blaming their kids for s**t they did wrong. Because they're adults and are supposed to know better.
I'd tell him to quit his s**t lol. But that's just me....I suppose if I said that to *my* parents, I'd get in trouble, so I suggest saying it in a milder tone.
