I'm so jealous of all of you that heard of them years ago. I wish I could say that. I feel like people think I'm a poser sometimes, just because, yes, "Suger..." was my first song. But I did go out and get Dead on Arrival and Evening Out... and I do genuinely love their music. All of it. And I love all of FoB. Not just Pete. (though, let's face it, he's gorgeous)

My First Song Was, "Sugar, We're Going Down.." sweatdrop I hate that. [[The fact that it was my first song..not the song.]] I wish I would have heard them alot sooner but, my second song was "Dead On Arrival."

I think (not really sure..I may have heard of them earlier, just not knowing it xD) that I first heard of FOB was when I was watching a "Making the Video" of FOB as they were making SWGD. It was awsome. biggrin
Funny thing is, the first time I saw that, I thought of them as Canadians. xd
Maybe it was just the scene-type, or the area they were in that made it seem that way.
But, all in all, I think of them as a successful band, and will always love them for who they are. Not how they dress, what they look like, or even how popular they are. It will always just be their music in my eyes.
-kills the sappy story-
Oh what am I kidding. THEY ARE THE MOST GORGEOUS MOFOS IN THE WORLD. I can't hide it any longerrrr!! whee ninja domokun

Hmm...Dead on Arrival. I got a cd free with Kerrang! magazine a year or two ago and it was on it. I thought it was a good song but didn't think too much about it. Then I kept hearing about Fall Out Boy so looked them up. I found Sugar We're Going Down on some site. Continuously played it for days. It was a complete obsession. Rushed out and bought From Under The Cork Tree. Now have most [if not all] of their albums razz

Hello world, suck the life right out of my voice and breathe it back into yourself. 'Honorable Mention' Standing in FYE browsing the F section way back when in '03. The little "scan the cd and preview the song" thing. cool

Chicago Is So Two Years Ago.
My old radio station played the coolest songs ever. Too bad it got... deleted, for lack of a better word.
