Itachi~ Konohagakure
Kisame~ Kirigakure
Deidara~ Iwagakure(Hidden Rock Village)
Sasori~ Sunagakure
Zetsu~ unknown(cause he doesn't seem to have a headband on) but he's probably from Hidden Grass
and today 2 new ones were revealed:
Kakuzu~ Takigakure no Sato (Hidden Waterfall Village)
Hidan~ unknown, but it looks like Hidden Rain?..(the headband was kinda weird..)
Of course, this leaves the Leader, and one other unknown member..
oh and "hidan" is from hidden waterfall. the way his headband is that's the only place he could be from. which means he knows the water sword technique blaugh i'd like to see that againThey say it in the Chapters a lot. uh huh Actually Kakuzu is from Waterfall, which means Hidan can't be from Waterfall since both are very different. Nephite Warrior  this is the Hidden Grass sign.....now look at the image below....which is Hidan....his symbol on his headband is grass the only other one it could even possibly be close to is Hidden Rain.....but Hidan's head protector has 3 lines on it, and they are at an angle....Hidden rain has 4 lines, and they are vertical....as seen below so for all you who don't know what village he is from....its Grass __________________________________________________________ now for Zetsu..... if i'm correct, inside the circle, looks kinda like a head band with a cut in it....also, it has other lines in it that are vertical(Hidden Rain)...so if i am correct, then Yeh..Hidden Rain....^_^

I don't know, Hidan's plate doesn't look like it has any down strokes in any of the images I've seen.
so it's like this:

and not this:
/|/|/|
The slant could also be just in that picture.
As for Zetsu, any glimpse of his plate i've seen has both up and down strokes in it, plus, I think it's been said somewhere that he is of hidden grass...which would also make sense, with the whole "I've got a fly trap around my head' theme he's got.

its just a little hard to tell with the slash through his headband.....but I'm sure we'll find out soon enough....(maybe later thismorning YAY!)

i think zetsu is from gr*** but im not sure about hidan because his forehead protector doesnt look like all the others but im sure that will come in time there are 2 things i really wonder about though the first is how long will tobi last with deidara and who is the akatsuki leader because im sick of the rumors saying hes yondaime

Actually, that was not his first mission, although Kakashi outranked both him and Rin as a Jonin, they were both Chuunins, and by the age of 11 or 12 at least a I believe, impressive by most standpoints considering most average ninjas don't graduate the ninja academy until 12 or 13. They had taken the chunnin exam and passed, that is proof enough of their ability. And Obito, though he had the skills, was a little too easily lost his nerve in real battle situations. However he did seem to finally find his courage towards the end of that mission. Tobi was really scared, anyone with enough power to be in the Akatsuki is not going to be easily put off.

We haven't seen Tobi fight as of yet and have no gauge on his skills, we also can conclude that fighting in and on water is not his specialty as well. Or, atleast that he doesn't have the type of fighting style for him to take down the Sanbi. Still, why would he be a part of Akatsuki if he was weak? As for Obito, I'd like a source for when exactly it was shown that he's 'weak'. He has good reflexes when they were ambushed by Stone-nin, managing to take care of a trap of bamboo spears with a quick grand-fireball. He showed compassion and a resolve to protect his teammate when Rin was taken away by the enemy. He showed determination to keep to his words when he activated the sharingan and when he killed that stone-nin, he also showed his determination at it's extreme when he knocked Kakashi out of the way and got crushed himself. Hmmm, I probably just killed my post by the number of assumptions in here... >_<
