HOME

Sorrow sits and makes its home
Painful suffering youll never know.
You cant see its all an act
I have to thank my complex masks.
Now sit in the eves and you will see
A somewhat darkerside to me.
Evil and mallice at its best
You say i have a hollow chest.
I check my heart and yet it beats
Contrary to all your popular beliefs.
Should i just dissappear
Does no one truly see me here?
Am i just a mist, a cloud
because my soul screams out so loud!
So i sit all alone
Til hell comes back to take me home.

i wrote this to the people at my church.

[Grey skies tainted red]

The time has come for you to leave us,
thou you are gone from our lives you remain in our hearts,
it pains me to see us both so far apart.

But now you are in a happier place,
Which puts a smile on my face,
And photographs will fade away,
But my memories will stay.

A hug,a kiss,a laugh,a smile,
Oh how I wish you could stay awhile.
A song in the air,
Cool wind in my hair,
Is a sighn you are there.....
One of gods angels.

this is my favorite,
I wrote this poem in memory of a lost love one for a friend
She read it at the womans funeral and It became my favorite after that.

Child come and play with me.

The lights that shimmer 'round the tree?
My sisters dance upon the fern.
Watch them swirl and watch them turn.
They dance about like fireflys, into the night and in the sky.
Child won't you play with me, the Fairy of the Midnight Sea?

I wrote this for my current entry in the avi arena and I really like it. What does everyone else think?

trickseys trickseys,
all them r pixies
leave them be,
they'll find'th thee.
play with them
all day long
u will find
u were wrong.
taking things
smashing toys
pixies making lots of noise.
and then, when they're done,
they shall go
y u trusted them
u'll never know.


yah, its one of my firsts. please tell me how it is, i dont read much poetry, so i have nothing to compare it to.

Silent Smile

Close your eyes and fall away,
from the darkness you so willingly play
shut your eyes and rest your head
but please oh please just don't be dead
red as blood white as snow
come with me we both must go
make no sence run and scream,
hide beneath the purist dream.

uh yeah sweatdrop I think I might be missing part of it because I can't find the paper I originaly wrote it on sweatdrop

This poem is currently untitled. I wrote this about 2 1/2 yrs ago when my brother died.

crying stare

The girl was broken
Stuck with a father that never gave love
Nowhere to hide anymore
Without pause she welcomed him
He came to her at midnight
She took his offered hand
followed him into the night
At peace she was once more
Finding her heart whole again
Living with death

Earth Mother
Upon a leaf
Upon a flower
In cool moonlight
Or soft rain shower
Somewhere lost
Within the breeze
Whispering

Warm sun caresses
Morning dew Glistens
The voice of the Goddess

New Moon

Silence in the darkness
Not a sound, not a movement
The clouded sky above
Dotted only by the stars

Silence that is unbroken
Not even footsteps on the pavement
No rustling in the undergrowth
Not even the sound of passing cars

Silence that is living
The only proof of life around me
Everything is still
Even the beating of my heart

Silence that is profound
Teaching me to really see
Showing me the newness
The truth of whole and part

Silence that is golden
And silver, black, deep blue
The mystery of beginning
when the moon is new

Canta la rosa
en la oscuridad de la noche,
no hay señales de la luna
hoy mi alma...Nocturna.

El cielo ennegrecido
algunas estrellas lo entretienen,
las ramas crujen fuertemente
hoy mi alma...Nocturna.

Sinfonía de viento
compañia agonizante,
sola estare para siempre?
hoy mi alma...Nocturna.

No he visto la Luna,
ya las estrellas se guardaron.
y denuevo la misma pregunta.
hoy mi alma...Soledad.

Mirror

At the end of the hall,
The mirror stands ever knowing,
And over flowing,
With the knowledge it holds inside.

I light a candle to show me the way,
And I walk down the path,
As the light flickers and sways.

I look in the mirror,
And the images appear,
They seem to be showing me all of my fears.

They play out a scene,
One I remeber all to well,
And my emotions begin to swell.

Tears spring to my eyes,
And I begin to cry,
I curl into a ball and I hope to wither and die.

At the end of the hall,
The mirror stands ever knowing,
And over flowing,
With the knowledge it holds inside.

I did this along time ago ^_^;;
