And non-goths.
I am goth, I know it, and thats all that matters.

ive been called alot of things, poser is one of them, whoever calls me that gets their major organs beaten into pulp twisted

No but I was with my brother and his friends at a theme park and heard a loud "Poser!" I turned around and he was all "Not you. Beside you." "Oh hes not a poser hes a twelve year old who is trying to impress me."

Well I had friends,who called me a poser and there not even in the gothic culture.And now they try to dress like there gothic when there jusy wearing some ripped jeans from american eagle and a black shirt,and they still call me a poser.

I used to get called a poseur every now and then by stupid people. But now that I'm not in school anymore I only come in contact with a handful of people in my age group and they just stay away from me.

i've been called a poser by kids at the old school i went to,
for the mere fact that i taste in music expand farther that just goth rock and metal.
i feel that liking stuff like that doesn't make me a poser.
a poser is a person who pretends to be something that their not to impress others.
i'm not trying to impress anyone.

I have never been called a f*****t.(Just "scary")
I was called a whore by some other gothic chix smoking cigarettes on my street corner just because my ex dropped me off with his friends.
I then took her cigarette and stepped on it and called her a "poser b***h with no life"
She just gave me the finger and I returned it with a ******** you look.

Truthfully not really but then again I don't worry myself with labels or confine myself to being friends with one group of people, and even if I have been called a poser it really doesn't bother me because I don't give a ******** what other people think so it's actually quite pointless to say anything like that to me.

lola_siannodel Alot of the goths who are only into the gothic subculture because of music and fashion call me a poser. sweatdrop So, have you ever been called a poser? By who? Poser is again just a word, I get really tired of this drama game that these so-called goths choose to play, a game I refuse to play. Who is to say what life is really about, but I will say this...when the time comes for it to matter then we will know, so being a poser a goth or anything else that pleases us is just a matter of what we see in ourselves so the oppinion of a few failurse matters very little.

I don't believe I have ever been called a poser that I can recall. I guess it's mostly because I only ever dress and act how I want to instead of mimiking other people. *Shrug.* That's the simplest way I can think of avoiding it.
