I have no Idea how to pronounce Itachi's form of the sharingan, I even forgot how to spell it so help me out.

It looks like, "u" with two little... you know, like the, "g-" sound.

I don't know what they call it, but that sounds right. But it's katakana. .o. Only used for foreign words, I believe.

you add tenten to the u character (to gt va vi ve and vo you add the a i u e or o character next to the tentenized u (the second character has to be small)

Well in my book the Hiragana / Katakana chart have Ta, Chi, Tsu, Te, To. >< My teacher told me there wasn't a TU in japanese.

its not commonly used. its so rare you will probably never see it but yes there is. its the character for toh with a small yu next to it. most people dont know that
