The copula is the real name of the "linking verb" -- in English, "is".

What kind of drugs are you on? The copula/linking verb always takes nominatives all around. "Who is this?" and "This is who?" are both correct.

i think you should try "I believe the car is red" but this is of course how i would prononice in....please excuse im bad spelling x_x.
