How about this Glarken; why don't you go out and remake a movie, you can't keep more then 10 ideas from the original(like they did in the remake of dawn of the dead). Then tell me if they take no real thought.

Had I not seen the original and had it not been my favorite of Romero's, then I might have appreciated it more.

When I heard about the remake of Dawn I was pretty intrigued and got it immediatley.

They managed to keep to a lot of the origional zomie movie hallmarks. I mean, the start of the movie was pure genius as far as I am concerned; it was damn good! The parts I didn't like were the fast zombies (I think that slow zombies have a better atmosphere) and the chainsaws going wrong (that was just dumb).

Anyway in summary, not as good as it could have been but definatley not as bad as it could have been. A good movie. (I think the origional is better though)
