I think to help with that Organization think we can buy a new subform as a Markplace cause there are things here that need to be in there.

The guild is great. The issue I see is the "Guild Home" page. The one with all those pretty pictures?

Its too much. I didn't even scroll down to look at all the rules until after I joined. I didn't notice the attendence policy until after I joined. (its a good idea, by the way). Keep one of the pictures and give a nice clean description of the goings on of the Guild.

If you really want to get some great ideas on how to make everything work, the Captian and Vice Captian's should check out the Captians Guild. They have wonderful ideas on keeping things clean and working.

Another suggestion.

Have the rules in a sticky. and have everyone sign that they understood it. It doesn't help that the rules are in a place no one looks. stare but I already mentioned that.

I think this guild should start making some new and guild based(like kingdom hearts banners for the guild) banners so that we can post them in our signatures and make people see how cool our guild is and may theyll start to join our guild mrgreen

Yea i think thats a great idea. You should put the rules on the announcemnt so that everyone will see it and get everyone to sign it so they understand adn follow the guild rules. mrgreen
