As much as I love My Chemical Romance, I have to go with Fall Out Boy. I could listen to Fall Out Boy for hours on end, where as I get a little tired of MCR after a while.

I like FOB more
MCR is a bit too "hardcore" for my tastes, since I love me some nice, quiet slow-ish songs once in a while, and Gerard's voice often does this twangy thing that I can't stand
I respect both bands, equally, though

As much as I love Fall Out Boy, I have to hand it to MCR that they do much better live. But other than that, I <3 Fall Out Boy more.

I don't want to choose because what's the point when one person likes My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy. Personally, I love both band and long with Panic! At The Disco, Fly Leaf, All-American Rejects, 30 Seconds to Mars, Staind, Hinder, Metallica, The Fray, The Killers, and a lot of other bands and singers.

My Chemical Romance did really well with their 3rd album, and they're better live than Fall Out Boy.
Fall Out Boy has that essence that is more than just screaming your voice out ( Which is still cool anyway).
I say Fall Out Boy, because I like how Fall Out Boy writes about the most random of lyrics and form it into a great hit.
