I hang out in the Avatar Arena forums a lot. One of the regulars - Harley Queen - keeps getting called a slut in the comments on her entries, since most of them don't wear pants. So a friend of hers started the "No Pants" day to show people that just because you don't wear pants doesn't mean that you're slutty. It caught on with a lot of people that know Harley. As for the date, I'm not sure. Sorry that I'm not much help... sweatdrop
