Depends what mainstream music it was. Like Fall Out Boy? I'd stand awkwardly. My Chemical Romance is my life so I'd stab the person if they laughed at me for dancing. Ummm... idk how to define mainstream.

Okay a guilty pleasure......hmm...

well i dont like the artists but 2 pop songs i like are "buttons" and "sexyback" yeah, yeah i said it.

I don't feel guilty about these things, but here are some things that most of "our kind" might be embarrassed to admit:

- I adore Shakira.
- I can occasionally be caught listening to the Black Eyed Peas and/or Fergie.
- Same with Justin Timberlake.
- I'm pretty much obsessed with America's Next Top Model.

Eh, that's about it. I thought I had some more, but I guess not.

I don't have any sort of "gothy" reputation to uphold, but I still do have a few guilty pleasures.

I'm fully aware of how horrible it is, but I LOVE the movie Hackers. It's just...so very, very bad in so very many ways, but I've watched it a dozen times. whee Ditto Mean Girls and Bring it On.

As for music, I like a few artists that are widely regarded by other people my age as being horrible. Cute Is What We Aim For, for example, or Panic! At the Disco. What can I say? Some of their songs are catchy. sweatdrop
