While sewing, the doctor got a little jumpy, and dug the needle into Jim's jugular. Kill!

Luckily there was someone nearby who had a spare jugular (LOL) And Jim Got a Transplant before he died. SAVE!

The person had a super deformed version of Sickle cell, and the blood cells were HUGE AND SICKLED and ripped open the new jugular. KILL

the doctors, at that moment, find the cure for sickle cell disease and fix his jugular SAVE

But, the hospital was the target of a massive terrorist attack and took all the doctors hostage, preventing them from curing Jim! KILL!

But one of the doctors was an ex-army guy and kept a stash of weapons in his PANTS! The doctors formed a huge resistance and drove the terrorists away......Then they cured Jim SAVE!

but one of the terrorists was in one of the labs and found a syringe filled with hyper-steriods, injected herself (yesh its a she), and grew to hulk like proportions and started chasing Jim because she was lonely and Jim looked nice, then hugged him to death. KILL

The steriod abuser relized, while hugging Jim, she wasn't turned on and turned to women SAVE

The steroid lady's new lover didnt like that way she talked about Jim in such a loving manner. in a jealouse rage she hires a mob hit to kill Jim...Kill
