Did you know that When they wrote the first draft of Jack Sparrow they were thinking of a couple of actors already. None of them including Johnny. in fact Robin Williams was one!

I really love the casting in potc. If i was forsed to recast i might have been able to find someone better than Kiera. She kinda sucked in the third film. Maybe Jessica Alba? Jessica Alba with dark Hair. I just saw her in Dark Angel and she was awesome but... i still like Kiera.
