Salfos watched the massive samurai from the shadows of the trees staying higher up. He took the Altair and released ten ends of it and threw them through the shadows and had them come from multiple directions at him trying grab him. Joa-Boo parried most of them but one caught his greave and Salfos yanked him off his feet he fell with a massive crash. The other one flew over Joa-Boo's nose making a deep cut over the bridge but missed the rest of him and hit the ground. Joa-Boo pulled the grenade shielding his eyes the Kursarigama ends disappeared the shadows disappeared and returned. Joa-Boo wiped the blood off his nose and reset himself before another attack came. Salfos stood at the other end of the clearing Altair in hand. his right gi sleeve was covered in blood from the little scratch.
"Return Samurai.....your men went to the wolves....leave before they come after us....this fight was pointless.." Salfos said as he seem to vanish in thin air as he melded with the shadows and escaped.

"Joa Boo tossed yet another grenade up into the air destroying the shadows around as he could feel Salfos trying to leave. the flash of light cut out his retreat and Joa Boo had the advantage. He took no time in wasting. He bent his wait heavy after tossing down his pike and leaping from off of it as it hit the ground. This force launched him in the air toward Salfos with great speed directly behind the flash. While mid air Joa Boo unsheathed his katana and drove it upwards with lightning agility. The air around his blade suffocated until it fell out, braking open a subzero hole as his weapon tore forward.
"You win this time, but you will not leave me without knowing the mark of the judging. I will find you again some day and finish this." Joa Boo said finishing the large cut across Salfos's back and flying into the air, his force flipped him back to right side up and he hit the ground with a role, taking some damage from the fall and running back to his horse.
It's didn't take long after Joa Boo left to find his horse trotting toward him and he side saddled quickly up and the two made their way back to the palace.
After Joa Boo was gone the gash he made in your back curled at the two ends and gravitated to opposite sides. There was a black indent that formed the eye of the mark in the middle and it bled outward like thorns.

"what can i be to salfos if all i can put barriers around is what i can see" her shoulders slumped and she closed her eyes. "i wish i could just be a little better at this."

Salfos returned to his friends and found Isao.
"you okay my love." He still hadn't changed his clothes and the mark was visible.
"we are attacking the emperor tonight."
"really?" Prowler asked?
"yes we are all thats left the three of us. I got my clans weapon and also we have a problem apparently Koga has unleased werewolves. but no worries they killed koga but now run amuck."
Salfos began to change and said an ancient syaing of his clan whcih slowly began to warp the mark off. putting his family symbol in its place. it looks like an A with Fangs and a really warped arrowhead mark under it.

With all the speed and haste of Hermes: Joa Boo took off for the front lines of the battle field. It wasn’t to far off but he was very concerned due to the very quiet and eerie state of his surroundings. None of that changed once he reached the opening to the Koga cave except for his confusion of the matter. Nothing stood. Everything was in ruble and destroyed.
“What does this mean?” Joa Boo asked out loud to himself. A cold chill was all that answered him. Shivers ran up and down his spine. The man turned about and assessed the area. Their where Koga bodies and Falthor bodies alike, littered among the floor. Some where even mangled and half eaten. Joa Boo covered his mouth with a small cloth that came from his right pouch and he gagged, holding back vomiting. Very quickly he turned from sickened to anger and pounded the ground after he fell to the ground. He began cursing at the top of this lungs and went wild with slashing and tossing his pike around like a mad man. The trees close by feel over and everything with some kind of life was cut up into billions of pieces.
After finally composing himself Joa Boo got up and pushed for the Empire. He wanted to get there before anything happened. This trip didn’t take him long either and he raced inside the walls just as they where closing. He made his way for the Emperor to get some answers.
“My lord, what has happened. I was tossed within my own battle and have not witnessed the outcome of this state. What has happened here?” Joa Boo asked sternly. He approached the Emperor seated on top of his throne. The Emperor mealy looked back and him.
“Yes this state is awful. Such a tragedy has become us. Where as in the full of battle cries unleashed a beast unseen before. Me thinks they where more fragile an idea rather then strong and our men knew not the way to fight them. They where over taken, killed, even Koga himself and his people.” The Emperor began with a distasteful tone. He seemed distant. As if he was there and watching it over and over again. “These ravage things will ruin our plan. It is not with us.”
“What is our plan my lord?” Joa Boo asked in response
“We will all rise to the Heavens. All together as one mass, a mass of pierflies. The souls within ourselves will descend and I will round them up to bring Falthor to the sky. Then I will be a God.” The Emperor said standing suddenly. He moved across the throne room hall flailing his arms as though high from his idea.
“What are you saying my lord. You want us all dead.”
“No, dead is not right. I want all of your souls submitted to me. All of you, suicide to my name and then we will all be one in the Heavens, under my name, a God.” He said once more. The Emperor’s eyes seemed to be glazed over.
“I will do none such thing. You may be Emperor but you are no God. Many have died to day, what was that all for, for your crazy idea?”
“I have built all the power from the ninja clans. Under me my skin moves with their deaths. Now that Koga is dead, all that remains is my chosen people.”
“You are mad, mad I say. No one will submit to this.” Joa Boo began as the anger built in him again. The other guard around saw this and moved to protect their emperor. “I resign my family name from ever being involved with this treachery. You are a mad man and will do nothing but harm to this nation.” Joa Boo unsheathed his sword.
“Halt, Joa Boo, get a hold of yourself. We will use force to contain you.” one of the elite guard said and pointed his pike in Joa Boo’s direction. “Do not come any closer to the Emperor.”
Joa Boo glared down the guard with a quick jerk of his head and in furry rushed him. The guard faltered in fear, he knew of Joa Boo’s might in battle. He backed away and hid behind the others. All five of them pointed their spears and weapons at Joa Boo.
“You are all mad and weak.” Joa Boo yelled and turned with a sprint out of the palace.

Isao jumped up quickly.
"slafos! i'm sorry! i'm not as helpful as i wanted to be.. I mean i couldn't... it's just! i wanted to be able to protect everyone, and-" tears were forming in her eyes at her frustration with herself.
"if i was just a little better at this i... i, i don't know." she looked down and bowed slightly.
"i'm sorry" she whispered, still in a bowed position, her tears of frustration rolling off of her face to the ground. "i hope you're okay."
"that is all that matters to me" she muttered quietly, alomost silently.

"i am fine Isao...come one now its time to get tough. you trained hard. we need to kill the emperor tonight. Prowler ready?"
"Ready as ready comes." Came Prowlers reply.
The group headed off to the city as night came and so did the lycans.

Isao stood straight and followed them quietly. she was concentrating on ways to try to make her barriers stronger.
"we will simply rush in?" she asked them "that one might be a bit hard salfos" she said silently contemplating how many guards might be waiting for them.
"what if we are not properly prepared?!" she was beginning to panic. "i mean i can heal and use barriers AND lift things with my mind... but not all at the same time!!" she began wondering many ways she could be the reason for this plan not succeding.
'no amount of training could help that.' she thought to herself

"Isao we dont have the time to sit around and get prepared. we are attacking now since by time we run there it will be night. lets go before we have to slow down at night." He said
Salfos, Isao, and Prowler took off running through the woods with immense speed. having the branches go by them as they headed nearer and nearer to the city. as Darkness came the moon glowed in full brightness as it was a full moon. The Lycans howl loud as the whole island is silenced by them. Salfos came to a halt on a branch.
"what was that...." flashbacks fo the lycans came back. "NNOOOO." he ran faster as the others tried to kept up.
The lycans descended onto the city trampling the guards underneath them and ripping through the peasants like paper. chaos started to consume the city. Salfos stopped on the roof of a wall.
"with the city like this we can begin our attack." Salfos hissed as the fires reflected in his eyes.
"i will not forget the face of my father. I am with you friend." Prowler said.

Isao looked at them then the city, she looked down saddened.
"so we fight!" she said eagerly "together! as a team!"

"right as a team...now lets go find the emperor. lets stay on thewalls till we hit the palace itself t hat way we can avoid one of those things."
Salfos crept quietly on some guards that were covering a large section of the wall and he split ones neck and snapped the other ones arm. He then let Prowler put a round into his stomach.

From behind a large brush of bushes you hear a deep growl. It starts quiet and then rushes forward with a mighty howl. The gaint beats came so quickly that it ran over Prowler and proceeded to attack Isao. It's massive claws swipped so quick and hard that withone hit they had the ability to break bones. It came at her and bit at her. Leaving you a very small window to do somthing.

Isao froze shocked at how easily the creature had shattered her barrier. she watched it attack Prowler and saw it run towards her. she stared at it with wide eyes.
there was a weird buzzing sensation then a bright green barrier burst forward in front of Isao, she had not taken her eyes off the creature.
