There's so many indefinite couples in Naruto but not actual and proven relationships.. I THINK... but for the sake of leaving things to the imagination I think the best possible couple would have to be... Tsunami and Kamza (Inari's father figure) If they could raise a child instilled with those kind of values, they must be good parents.
