Oh yes. Good news. I only lost 3 lbs this month as opposed to 20 last month. My blood is getting closer to normal. Still pretty weak though. I still feel sick as all hell, but I'm getting better. 3nodding

Just anemia. It's nothing to worry about. I've just been sick and tired. (Heh.) But I'm getting better and I should be up for getting active around here again.

I have an Anemia too. I was born with it...It's like, Thalycemia....or something. I think it means I have low blood count. I DO know it's very close to Sickle-Cell Anemia gonk

Eat seaweed. I hear that helps. My blood count is just fine. (Thank god.) My blood doesn't like to hold iron it seems. My iron counts were always low. (Too low to give blood) I was a moron and gave up red meat to be healthier. rolleyes
Next time I see a cow, I'll kill it myself.

Edit: I hope you watch what you eat. There are some foods that will raise your life expectancy quite a few years. If you're familiar with TLC (the singing group), you'll note that they are in their early thirties now. (The two surviving members. RIP Lisa Aka Left Eye) All three are sickle cell amemic and none of them were "supposed" to live past 25.
